This light is exactly as pictured, great quality and durable. The brightness is adjustable and perfect for reading in bed or late at night. Way better than sitting on your phone at night. It doesn't disturb the eyes, or anyone else if you are reading next to a sleeping someone. Very easy to use and to charge; the size in nice and compact. It is a very sleek design with adjustable head and brightness. I am so happy with this companies products, and glad I found them, worth the cost to encourage reading and your eyes will thank you!!!

One of my favorite purchases ever. Holds a charge for a fairly long time and has 3 light settings. Clamp works well. But my favorite thing is that I can use this light and it doesn’t bother my husband while he’s sleeping. Waking up at 3am? I can turn it on full brightness and have enough light to walk around and find things yet it won’t disturb the sleep of my husband or my dogs. I love this light.

Light has proven useful and effective. It's small size means it does not take up much room. The light output is bright enough to illuminate the area around it so we can find and use items, and even use the light to read by when the rest of the room is dark. The flexible neck on the light works well to direct light direction much like a flashlight because the back of the bulb holder is opaque. The weighted base works well to keep the unit stable much like a desk lamp and the built in clamp is useful when using it to read a book. Major pluses include compact size, good build, three levels of light intensity, soothing shade of light, prservance of night vision and attractive overall looks. I definitely would recommend this product to friends and family.

It was great at first, but like many say, it runs out of battery and stops charging so you can no longer use it. I used mine for a month and now I am past the return window and am stuck with a light that doesn’t work.

I am still on the search for the perfect book light: this one offers a unique solution, but with some of the same issues. Maybe I just need a little touch lamp and not a book light at all? I like the idea that the light is red, and does not interfere with preparing my body for sleep. It does take a minute for my eyes to adjust so I can read clearly, but this light has three different brightness settings that you change by pressing the head. I also like that it is rechargeable with a USB port. However, it still has the challenges of bulkiness that other book lights have. I have tried clamping different places in my paperback book (3/4 of the pages, just the cover, the cover and a quarter, etc), but it is still difficult to keep in place and not doesn't lend itself to reading with one hand.

I wish I would’ve got one of these a long time ago, now I won’t read without it. I read at night in bed. Really helps my sleep hygiene, I fall asleep faster and deeper. My only critique is it’s a bit small so you may have to play around with the angle a bit to shine on your book assuming you’ve clamped it to your backboard like I do. The charge seems to last 2 nights of reading. It can be annoying if you forget to charge it, but as long as you remember to, not really a big deal.

While this functions, they missed a key opportunity in design. The order in which the light adjusts brightness is from dull to bright. To function naturally as your eyes adjust to reading at night, it should be the opposite - beginning brightly, and then as your eyes adjust, dimming. When I have to turn this light off before sleep, I must scroll through brighter settings, slightly disturbing. Just saying the product could be better designed. I've had the light for 3 mos now, seems good quality, short charging time, long battery life.

Surprisingly heavy duty. It has a strong clamp to hold to whatever you want and is bright enough to read with even though it is a red light.

I love reading with this at night, 3 levels of brightness and it doesn't bother my eyes.

It stopped working in 10 days. Im not able to switch it on and no physical damage what so ever. It just got switched off while using and not able to turn it on again !!!!!

I use this light every night as my reading light and I love it. The actually light lasts forever after charging. I think I once left it on for over 10 hours and it was still going strong. Highly recommend for those looking for a good little red light.
