Stopped working after a while

Works well with a small screen to show different temperature settings. The plug is a European plug that never fit properly, so I had to replace it with an Indian plug, but then it worked well. The position of the controller is not good: it's half way between the plug and the pad, so it's always awkward. But otherwise it works very well, and i like the ability to change heat settings.

I bought this on jan 21 2025 and the product seem fine but when I tried to use it, it didn't work as the remote was not switching on. I packed it tried to return it twice but nobody came to pick it up and when I intervened they asked me cancel return and the again place your cancellation request but when I cancelled it, there was no option for return anymore. I need my refund back.

There is no guarantee in performance. It worked for 10 months and then failed. Error message is “ E1” No product support.

Do not buy this product, it's a faulty product, stopped working after 30 days and no support from Amazon and customer care was very rude.

The temperature control was not working

It stopped working the very next time i put it on.. very much disappointed!!

Not working from day one total waste of money don't rely on this product

So handy. I used to use wheat packs for my feet every night. Now I have longer lasting support for poor circulation.

Mild heating but does the job

My husband has very bad back pain on and off and this head pad has helped ease that! It provides nice warmth with great heating quality. The material is very soft and comfortable to use. Super easy to travel with. Works great and is very continuous with the heat while on. Super affordable as well!

The electric heat pad does exactly what is described & works great for back and/or leg & arm/shoulder muscle injuries, at a great value price with fast delivery = happy buyer.

It works great - I love that there is the option to extend the time it is set to last and six heat settings. It’s a soft material so it doesn’t get bunched up or crinkled when it’s cold. It keeps a nice flat form. Great product.
