Steady energy from aminos, nice flavor
BCAA drinks or a different kind of energy from the caffeinated ones. It's a lower, steadier energy without crashes when you're not being very active. When you're working out of otherwise really moving, the benefits of this kind are even more apparent. This flavor is pleasant without being overly sweet.

Perfect amount of flavor, not too sweet but not like drinking a La Croix. I was looking for something to sip at social gatherings in place of an alcoholic beverage and these are perfect. 10/10.
