We don’t deserve these!
EDIT - NEW: The customer service is SO fabulous. I was taken care of with kindness and promptness. I've got what I ordered now! EDIT: On my next order 3/3/19: return policy is needed after all. Just dropped $50 on birthday cake 24 pack and received the chocolate chunk instead. Just tried them and they are not as good as the cake flavor in my opinion...the cake is just SO good. I’ve been wanting to try these for a good month now. Them being available on Amazon is definitely a game changer because of the shipping and of course return policy just in case. Return policy not needed. Ordered on a SUNDAY at 3pm. Standard 2 day shipping. Got excited the next day and checked for fun. THEY WERE DELIVERED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER BEING ORDERED ON A SUNDAY! Ok, impressive. Let’s move on to taste... wow. I’ve been vegan for about two years and these might be my new favorite sweet snack. Birthday cake used to be my favorite flavor before I stopped eating dairy and these marked all of my checkboxes. They’re soft like brownies, just the right amount of sweet, and of course they’re pretty darn healthy for being a dessert. 10/10, you’ve got a customer for life!

Great tasty, snack, needs just a little more cake flavor.
I’ve been dying to try these! As soon as they were available, I bought them. I already know this brand is delicious and works hard to bring allergy friendly products. The white chocolate chips save this flavor, so delicious. The only reason thing I would say is the brownie itself isn’t very flavorful. It needs more of a vanilla cake or birthday cake flavor. Still a great treat!

Ok but not what I want
These cookies are just meh. I don't want to be critical as I understand how vegan/gf foods are much harder to make but even with that insight these just don't satisfy. I love supporting small businesses and trying new healthy brands but overall I would not recommend or buy again. I hope this review helps so I'll try to give enough info as I rely heavily on reviews when buying products. First off I came into this with generally low expectations, I have been paleo for a while and tried all the vegan/paleo/gf/df brands and made my own food of that sort. I get it, they don't taste as good. But I have had many better cookies than these that still are the vegan/paleo/gf/df sort. These cookies are pretty decent for the fact that they are made with chickpeas and don't rely on nuts so I can send my kids to school with these, but they have a artificial taste and leave a gross aftertaste in my mouth. When I tried these I though they were pretty good so if your a strict paleo/vegan/gf/df person than you'll quite enjoy these although they just don't give the cookie satisfaction even being healthy. In my kids point of view I gave him the birthday cake flavor and he loved the sprinkles. Initially he though it was ok although after a few more bites he said it was gross. I asked him if he wanted these again and said, "no, they're too healthy" so for kids I wouldn't recommend. Overall I like the texture but they have a very artificial and weird taste. I can't quite describe it but they aren't pleasurable to eat I would consider purchasing again if they weren't so expensive. My final note is in the chocolate cookies they are super bitter. I know the whole point of these is to be sugar free and healthy but I wish they would just use milk chocolate instead of these big hard blocks of biter cocoa. So won't buy again and wouldn't totally recommend.

Happy to have a delicious vegan Halloween brownie treat option. Price is a little steep.

Terrible, so stale they are only soft compared to rocks...
I am very, very disappointed in the poor quality of these cookies. Though the expirations on all 4 flavors were nearly a year away, they were all hard to varying degrees. Some I could barely bite into to even try, and none of them tasted very good. The "P'Nutter Chocolate Chip" was especially bad and tasted like Play-Doh with artificial chemical-like flavorings and no nutty taste at all. The "Deep Chocolate Brownie" tasted a bit more accurate, but it was so hard I could barely chew it. The "Birthday Cake" was less hard but sickeningly sweet and disgusting. The sprinkles were a smashed, melted mess that I had to scrape off because of how excessively sweet it already was. The "Chocolate Chunk Blondie" had the same Play-Doh taste and seemed too off-tasting, with a weird, artificial aftertaste, and it was also very hard and dried-out. I would not recommend these, and I am not sure what they are supposed to taste like or how the texture should be, but I can hope it is not like what I received.

The best among Food Allergy/Vegan snacks
Short version: hard to find a better allergen-free/Vegan brownie. Long version: Aside from choosing to be Vegan, if you have never HAD to avoid ingredients because of food allergies, consider yourself fortunate. Our son was born with multiple anaphylactic food allergies, so 20 years ago we tried countless recipes to make cakes and cookies that were nut-dairy-wheat-egg-gluten free that tasted just a little like the desserts made with the allergens. It was a long road. With that history, I do consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur of allergen-free snacks. If only these were around back then! Please keep in mind YOU HAVE TO COMPARE APPLES TO APPLES! If you do a side by side with a Rule Breaker brownie and your favorite Hostess or Entenmann's, the classic American palate will almost invariably choose the preservative and junk infused snack. Line up a few Vegan/Allergy-free snacks, compare, and I'm confident you will find Rule Breaker will be the go-to. The truth is it is very challenging to create a dessert without the junk, but Rule Breaker has really done a fantastic job! If you are a family that has an EpiPen in the kitchen, these belong in your cabinet. At around $2 apiece - the price of a Starbucks Grande coffee, or an iTunes song, I find it hard to say the price is prohibitive. I would have gladly shelled out $60 a month to see my son's smile as he chowed on one of these every day.
