I have loved teaching my little one how to do puzzles and this is a colour and shape matching puzzle which is uniqueI have come across something similar in a branded version which is a match the colour puzzle but the shape is the sameSo this unique puzzle adds to the complexity with matching the shape too making this more challenging. The aim is to recreate the card image. This wooden toy is well made with rounded safe edges. There are a variety of images on the cards from animals to vehicles. So this puzzle has so much to offer in terms of education.We do these puzzles each week with our toddler as they enjoy it and to help build on skills and knowledge.

This kept my 2 year old quiet for a short while supervised as the some of the shapes are on the smaller side, but I think 3 year olds and older will enjoy this much more and trying to recreate some of the pictures on the cards. Theres lots of cards with all sorts of different designs so this will help with practicing with open ended play. Handily comes with a drawstring bag for storage.

When I was little, I remember playing with these at school, and I really wanted my kids to enjoy them as well. The cards in this set are quite large, and I haven’t had any issues with them so far. I plan to laminate them just to be on the safe side. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about the size of a few pieces, but to be honest, this set has always included a mix of larger and smaller pieces. As a side note, I use this set alongside maths for my kindergartner, who’s a visual learner. 10/10, would definitely buy again.

Great way to focus the puzzle and keep pieces nice together. This set is educational and fun. It's great for developing creativity, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, shape/colour recognition and solving puzzles. There are 20 double sided cards with lots of ideas or free to create whatever pattern.This would make a lovely gift. It kept my child entertained for a long time.5*

This trial wooden puzzle is great for a wide age range. Lovely quality feel to the little pieces and board. It can be used for patterns for pictures so it's very open ended. Good value with so many possibilities. It's great for indoor play so schools as they can make up their own patterns and pictures, work independently, work on their own or in pairs/groups. A simple but effective creative puzzle. Great!

This is lovely boxed tangram style puzzle set for young infants. There are 20 cards included in the set, representing 40 different matching challenges for children to complete. These challenge are grade by difficulty. The enjoyment does not end with matching the pieces on the board with the cards. Children can use their imagination to create many other interesting pictures using the tiles. The set as very good educational value. It will help children with dexterity, colour and shape matching and problem solving. It is also a relaxing activity. Good value for money.
