These do the job I bought them for which is to take out my Audi TT (2008) radio when I wanted to attach an iphone holder - they are hard on the hands without solid gloves when you are pulling, but not a problem, as long as they do the job that's all that matters. best way was to pull alternatively on each side bit by bit, sort of shimmy the radio out, then press the clip to release them.

All the complaints about similar items to this center around them being made of flimsy metal which collapses under the slightest pressure, and with that in mind I spent a couple of quid more to get these and do not regret it one bit. These are solidly built, versatile due to the triple-headed design, and ergonomically mean you won't be putting all the pressure on the inside of two fingers when you extract a stereo, spreading the load will make the process less painful!

Perfect fitting tool, bought these after local radio fitter failed to remove the radio from our Audi TT, would have been 5 star if they had been a little bit thicker, used both on the same side to get each side out separately, other than that, perfect! Would recommend seller.

Perfect fit for my 2011 Audi RN-SE Multi-media Sat Nav system. Some people have commented that they bend easily but I didn't have any issue with them at all. You are supposed to pull the unit out in a straight line so bending should not be an issue, unless you are trying to angle them for some strange reason.

Did the job. Got it with registered mail on time. Got my Audi TT 2002 radio out and fixed the hazard light and the radio.

Keys worked great. They are not sharp as some other reviews stated. Once they are inserted you have to wiggle the top set together and then the bottom set together. Especially if the radio has not been removed in a long time. If one happens to pop out before radio removal, pop it back in and when pulling outward ever so slightly pull sideways towards the prospective door (drivers for drivers side and passengers for passenger side key). This will help the key catch the internal clip. Once the radio is out don't just yank the keys out, you will probably break the clips. There is a release button at each clip to release each key.
