Reviewing after 6 months of use it is indeed a superior quality product

product looked good and it was working fine. now after five months of usage it stopped working. it is not switching on after inserting power plug. we tested all the troubleshoots they shared. also they haven't taken any product support as per 2years of warranty. After waiting of two more weeks for service. customer service team gave number to escalate. He gave one service person number and he accept to get service done. After that when i call the person not responding at all. After 3 days of waiting he come and took the iron box as lack of parts to fix. still the product has not been fixed.
