I don’t often write reviews from supplements because I always just trust they’re doing what they need to do, but don’t ever notice very measurable changes. However this supplement has me impressed. I added it to my vitamins from recommendation, I’ve been taking it every morning for about a month. It surprisingly has had the biggest difference in my internal sleep clock. I’ve been able to more consistently go to sleep and wake up at the same time. Before my sleep hours were everywhere, often sleeping just a couple hours some nights and way too many hours other nights. I also wake up feeling more ready to go and less groggy and my energy levels stay consistent through the day and dip when they should at bed time. And better sleep has me more consistently in a better mood. Overall I’ve noticed its benefits and will continue on.

Ok so I just got this a week ago, it works ! My skin looks so hydrated and youthful and I feel less pain in my joints. It absolutely helps you feel younger ! Absolutely it does! I wish they would lower the price a bit. It’s expensive.
