This vibration plate is well-built and very lightweight, making it incredibly easy to move around. Despite being light, it sticks firmly to the ground during use so you feel completely secure. Setting it up is a breeze. I love the variety it offers, including multiple speed settings and different preset programs to mix up your positions. It has genuinely made exercising fun and engaging! Highly recommended.

The box seems small but it great ! Didn’t come with any AAA batteries, though I thought that it came with it so make sure you have AAA batteries it works perfect great price batteries are for the remote control

This machine work wonders on my body. I am not looking to loose weight but let me tell you what it has done for me this far. The problem i had with my right knee, gone.
