I have been going to physical therapy twice a week and working on my posture. My poor posture has been causing issue with my shoulder and back. I have been using this for a week and already am seeing results. My physical therapist has also seen a difference in the way I hold my upper body.

This back brace is easy to wear and helps with posture if you use it regularly. It gently pulls your shoulders back and feels supportive without being uncomfortable. The material is soft and stretchy, and the waist strap can be adjusted to fit. Simple to use if you're looking to stand a little straighter.

The product is good for what it claims it will do. The support felt great, particularly for the reasonable price. It is light-weight and once I got it on, it was comfortable. The size was not as expected, I should have purchased a larger size (or the instructions could have explained how to adjust the size). It comes in a small box and is folded up tight so the velcro made it difficult to unfold because I was concerned that I was unfastening or ripping a strap I was not supposed to. Back to the instructions, I found they were of little help. Written for someone who already knows how the thing works. I am not one who can assemble things on my own, or use them w/o direction, so I rely on a product's 'included' instructions.

I’ve been using this posture corrector for a few days and already feel a difference in my upper back and shoulders. It’s easy to put on and adjust for a snug but comfortable fit. The straps are firm but not restrictive, and it really helps with slouching during work hours.

Purchased this type because it looked like it wouldn't rub under my arms. It does, and it hurts. Can't use it.

Wrong color was sent. I ordered black and box said black but product is beige. otherwise, product is correct size and comfortable. It arrived in 2 days.
