Q: Is this similar to or the same as Bac Pac Plus?

Bene-Bac is prebiotics only. It doesn't have digestive enzymes like Bac Pac Plus.

Q: hi, when is the expiration date of this product? I hope it'll will be longer than Apr. 2015

On my container of Bene- Bac Plus the expiration is Nov 2015. I have had it about 2-3 months now.

Q: I live in Texas where the temperatures are very high. Will the product degrade while it is being shipped? Will the hot conditions affect the product?

I really do not think the heat from shipping will be devastating to the product whatsoever. The kind of bacteria that is in this product are resilient against temperatures. If you think about it, just think how warm the human body is and how warm a animal is, roughly between 98.6 °F and 101.5° F, plus the bacteria that is in the powder form has not been be constituted yet, and even though they are alive it is not the same as if they were already reconstituted in a gel mixture. These are the same bacteria that are naturally found in the intestines under extreme warm and "bad" conditions, and also in yogurt products that are kept in the refrigerator at 34°F. But in all, I do not think it will degrade the product whatsoever having it being shipped to you in Texas.

Q: Hello. When is the expiration date of this product?

Just got out of the vet and she told me it goes well past expirationm The company even said if it does go past the date and you send it back to them they slap a new date and send it back.
