Works as intended
The product works how is intended it feels nice in the hand and no complaints about battery life the only issue I’d say is I wish the ui was a little bit better and I’m not a huge sound guy I just needed an mp3 player but to me it sounds great

Absolutely Terrible
First off don't forget to reformat the sdcard that comes with this thing. And just for the heck of it reformat the internal memory too. I put music on it before reformatting and it didn't recognize the music. It kept saying No Music! Then asked me to input yes or no. Which didn't make any sense. You have to reload the library every time you put music on this thing. Meaning that you have to add whatever music you like then you have to go to a certain setting and update the library. Which doesn't make sense it should just be able to read that there are new files on it without having to "update it".On the plus side it is a nice looking player and does come with a front and back screen protector but that's is about the only good thing about it.The on screen buttons are not good at all. I kept pressing the center button to select my option and it kept clicking the back button on the right even though I pressed the center button. I had to press slightly to the left of the center button in order to not click the back button. Also the interface is horrible. Im sending this one back and gonna go for the slightly more expensive Hiby R1. Which is about 30 dollars USD more than this product. However if you are on a tight budget and really need to get your hands on a digital audio player then I guess this one is okay. But if you are able to save a little bit extra get a different player.

An MP3 Player stuck somewhere in time!
I like this MP3 Player, barely. I do like the bigger screen. It looks good for something this small. The unit is a hard shell, not rubberized so may not survive a hard drop. The function controls are a little hard to figure. You have to "learn" how to use them. They are well laid out and the unit has buttons and ports in positions that seem logical. The unit charges fast and says it will play for hours on end but I didn't test that. BT connectivity was easy enough and the unit seems to have plenty of range. I like the volume. It goes up and down slowly. I don't like massive jumps in volume. I tried one of my BT speakers (a good one) and some good wired headphones I have. The sound wasn't great. I could blame that on the speakers but I know these are good ones so the units sound output is suspect although it does put out in stereo quite nicely. It's bigger than a lot of MP3 Players, so one might find that an advantage and some may not, just be aware. Music was easy enough to transfer from my PC however, the unit has 2 drives in it so you have to know which one to put the music in. The overall design is uninspired and nothing fancy. Seems stuck in time. This is a middle of the road recommendation because you could do better but you could do worse.

Week review: My experience
The media could not be loaded. I picked this up and have been listening on it for hours on end, for roughly a week from this review.Battery life is pretty good, and I've been charging it about every other day. It's small, compact, and the quality of my music sounds really well even through my apple headphones. It does offer Bluetooth support, which I haven't utilized it fully yet.A couple things I wish for this device. A better UI system, one where the buttons are more complimented than how they are now. I wish Playlists where a thing we could setup on the device. Right now, it supports artists, albums, genre, all songs, and a favorites button. But I'm one who has drastically different moods of music, and I'd love to organize my tastes a bit more than just favoriting only the tracks I extremely like.Another thing that was weird but got used to doing was how the device goes into sleep mode, you still have access to skip songs, pause/play, and restarting your track, but to get out of sleep mode, you hit the sleep mode button on the top, then you have to double tap the back arrow twice to get out of the clock screen. I wish it just went in and out of sleep mode, with no clock screen like a regular phone does.Besides my small grips on organizing music within the device, it's compact, decent battery life, supporting Lossless audio, and expandable storage makes it a easy buy again for me.I love how clicky the buttons are, and the screen buttons at first take some time adjusting from tactile to screen but overall the quality of the shell, the music quality, easy to load files, and taking it on the go is pretty good quality. This isn't your IPOD NANO but it's more than serviceable. If you are looking into digitizing your physical cd collection, or breaking away from streaming platforms, starting with something like this is always a good idea. I'm hoping I have plenty of months to come with this device, and if you pick it up, I hope you all do as well.(NOTE) when loading songs on a micro sd card, immediately direct your attention to the folder button on the device. Make sure you select SD Card. It will update your library and you'll be able to start listening to your songs.
