Right out of the box, setup was straightforward and the touch screen controls were easy to understand. I really like that the display shows visual examples of what the toast should look like at different levels. The stainless steel finish looks nice on the counter and feels solid and well made. For my gluten-free bread, I use the gluten-free option with the darkest toast setting, and my toast comes out perfect every time. If I need just a little extra warmth, I can drop it down for an additional 30 seconds without over-toasting. I also use the bagel setting with the darkest toast option for my AWG bagels, and they turn out evenly toasted and crisp without drying out. My husband and my daughter eat regular bread, and they have had no issues using this toaster either. They both really enjoy the timer and the pictures, which make it easy to see how much time is left without guessing. Having four slots has been especially helpful when we are all eating at the same time. Since AWG bread comes as a full loaf, I slice it myself before toasting. Really nice product that is both attractive and useful! There are many settings, for example "muffin" and then dark and the settings are designated by icons. Very happy with it and would recommend buying it. We actually bought three of them, one for each kid and us and we've had no issues at all.

One of the better toasters I have used. Pops up as toast, not warm bread. The toast is mostly as pictured on the toaster. Does a good job on muffins and bagels. Only real negative is that some over sized bread like Italian bread does not fit to the toasters bottom. Like most other toasters, the top of the bread sticks up. Other than that, I recommend it.
