Got a small/x small for my wife's Coton. Not a large dog so not the stress a large dog would put on the harness. Slips over the head and buckles around the waist on the back. Buckles are hard plastic like those on backpacks. Metal clip on the top for a leash attachment that won't choke the dog (pros and cons). Only concern is the harness is not double stitched. Snap it on and off we go!

Seems to be very comfortable and our pup doesn't fight putting it on like her old harness. XXS works for our 5# chihuahua, but I'd probably recommend going with the XXXS for a dog that size. High-quality product.

Great fit for hard to find new mini schnauzer measurements. 9" neck, 1 4" chest. Got the xxs fits perfect . Struts his stuff & looks like a little adventurer. Should work for some time. Ruffwear is tough stuff. I used the webmaster for years with my girls who, oldest passed last May. She was an escape artist until ruffwear. Webmaster is about 10 years old & had lots of wear but still looks almost new. Fantastic products.

So, I have tried the the Flagline and Webmaster but they did not fit our skinny little Minnie’s body. Today the Hi & Light arrived in a nice orange. Finally it fits but does not have the webbed cloth hook on the bottom. 🥲 I’m so disappointed once again as the quality and look of these Ruffwear is awesome. Also the strap that slides into,harness, is bent or sticking up. Will call Ruffwear tomorrow.

I have several ruffwear brand harnesses and all my dogs including an 18" chest fit size XXS for up to 17" girth according to the size chart. This XXS says 13-17" but won't buckle around a 16" girth or a 15.5" girth.

The XXS fits my 10lb chihuahua / rat terrier mix just fine. Great that you can adjust the neck and chest separately.

Gutes leichtes Geschirr, gut einstellbar. Passt sogar dem Zwergdackel, 4 kg, was nicht immer gegeben ist. Bewegungsfreiheit ist prima, bisher keine Klagen.

Lovely harnesses but although fit is good around body on both my dogs on the front/ neck is slightly loose although safe enough.

This product is of good quality - hence the three starts and may well suit some owners/dogs.BUT:After I had first purchased a much cheaper harness for the puppy and although it was easy to adjust it was very difficult to get over the dogs head, especially to take it off.From the photos, this product had two clips, one for the body and one for the head. so no hole for the head. Unfortunately NOT SO! So same problems as the chapter unit.I ended up buying another harness that was much easier to use. You put it flat on the floor, the dog happily puts both front legs in the holes and one single velcro pad with double clips on the back ... hey presto!

Lovely colour and good fit but stitching is coming apart after just 3 days use.2nd photo shows how it looks after just 4 months use. Fraying, faded and tatty.Expected more from a big branded, expensive harness.
