Replacing my i robot S9 which replaced my samsung bot. The X5 D shape pro omni is far greater then the others. It took me 2weeks and 3calls to customer service to get it fine tuned to my expectations. There was nothing wrong with the x5, it was me figuring out how to use the app. Customer service was great and solved my problem each time i called only placed on hold for 3 seconds. I have a 2400 sq ft house. Half carpet an the other half tile and wood floor. I vacuum first then i wash the floors. I use the least amount of water because i have have real hardwood floors. It dose a great job on all. The suction power is set at the highest setting,because wehave a miniture italian grey hound only weighs 16.2 lbs. He sheds year round. Well traind never has gone to the bathroom in the house. Can hold it for over 14 hrs. The avoidence feature works great on his toys,our cords and sneakers. We were really amazed how well it does around chairs and table legs on carpet an tile & Wood. Very quiet on high power. No problem watching tv. Battery last a long time. All in it is a great vacuum. We can set and forget. The price was even better on Amazon under $500.

First of all, this was an allowed product for my location, but it is not multi-volt, which luckily I noticed and bought a step down transformer for. Why it doesn't allow all voltages in today's world is absolutely crazy. Then comes the actual robot. The software is the worst part, mapping is terrible, if you something moveable it maps that as part of the room. Like if you had a bag on the floor it will never vacuum there even after it's moved. It takes a long time before you're ready to vacuum. Autoclean is a joke, it just starts cleaning rooms in a predifined order, there's nothing automatic about. It gets lost almost every time "unable to find the docking station" then it places the docking station in a completely different part of the house even if the map is "locked". And don't leave a door open or it will be roaming outside. It struggles around rugs and even curtains, getting tangled then complaining "anti drop sensors are dirty". The mop plate lifters started playing up to a point now where it drags one mop constantly over carpet and flooring, getting stuck further, so I can now only use it as a vacuum with no mop feature. Not only is it awful it is frustrating!

Great investment works really great super easy set up. I don’t have to maintain for a week now works every day and mops my house every day clean the garbage itself and mop itself no need for maid anymore. I have tried many other products in the past, but this one is amazing save so much time and collect all the dust and fibers from the floor. Super happy with the product. Planning to buy more of their items customer service is amazing. Help me set up the device in the beginning .

Works well. Cleaning pads help on wirh velcro come off daily.

I didn’t realize how much this robot could do until I saw it vacuuming AND scrubbing my floors with hot water. It navigates around furniture like it’s got a brain and goes back to clean itself. Honestly feels like I live in the future—my floors have never been this clean, and I barely lift a finger.

I purchased the USED Deebot x5 Pro Omni robot for $345. It was missing the docking station ramp and the little side brush on the robot The robot and Docking station are in NEW condition. Did not appear to be used just missing a couple parts. I ordered the ramp ($40 on amazon) and the brush kit ($20 on Amazon included replacement side brushes, mop pads, roller vacuum brush and vacuum bag for the docking station). I am IN LOVE!! ❤️ Highly recommend.

This product was defective out of the box. It would map the house, but then it would not vacuum or mop as intended. I contacted product support and they have been incredibly slow and unhelpful. I'm trying to return/replace the item through the manufacturer and it's been 2.5 weeks without information. They cannot tell me when the new product will ship. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty, but I cannot use that until the manufacturer warranty expires. At this point i'm stuck working with them. I would NOT order this product again, and would strongly discourage anyone else from ordering it.
