We have two septic tanks that we have to constantly Drain out I bought this pump back in March and it is amazing and super strong. It was super easy to assemble. I also got the warranty and they gave me an extra year. I actually just placed a claim they were super fast And great customer service. They are sending me a replacement. It’s small but mighty has a lot of power , the Suction is Great and it’s makes Drainage easy! It also turns off on its own after a while my favorite part! Overall I would buy this Pump again and again let’s not forget about the price too!

The pump has worked relatively well, although the "automatic" feature leaves a bit to be desired. I noticed it was not shutting off by itself, once the water levels were down, so I tested it in a bucket of water. The pump drained nearly everything out of the bucket and shut off, as expected. But, when the remaining water (leftover in the pump and hose) drained back into the bucket (a small amount, mind you, not a 1/4 inch), the pump turned on again and just repeated this cycle. It would never turn off completely and stay off. It seems to sense ANY water and comes back on (not the 1/4 inch needed, as stated). I contacted customer service, since it was still under warranty, and they gave me some things to try (drilling a hole in the check valve, etc.), but nothing seemed to work. After several email exchanges, they sent me a replacement. I've yet to use it and see if it has the same issue (I'll try the bucket of water test again), but I'm pleased that the company communicated, offered solutions, and sent a replacement. For that, they get five stars. The pump, maybe 3 stars because the "automatic" feature is the likely reason one would purchase this unit, but it doesn't seem to work as expected. Hopefully the new one does *fingers crossed*

Amazing small pump. I had been looking for a good quality pump to empty my pool cover every year before we open it. This little pump removed all the standing water in my top in about two hours and given the amount that was there it's very impressive. I'm equally impressed with the feature where it self shuts itself off if it doesn't feel water flow. I have a tendency to forget things. But with confidence!

Works great, was a little worried after first use. Ran it for several hours continuously. Turned it off to reposition and it wouldn't start. Let it just sit a bit and it started back up and works like a champ

So far so good. Ordered this to drain my 300 gallon hot tub and 7,500 gallon pool and replace the nearly 10 year old pump that finally died (water finally got past the motor seals, causing it to trip the GFCI). Small, powerful and appears to be well-built. Used it today to drain the hot tub and it worked perfectly, and did a good job of clearing out the small debris at the bottom of the tub too. I like that it drains through the garden hose too. If it holds up like the old one (draining the hot tub 4x and the pool 1x a year) and lasts 10 years, I'll be happy.

Worked well for almost a year. Then the automatic sensor started failing. Attempted to contact service center but the website was in Hungarian (I think) and the English translation was not clear. It eventually became too unreliable to use. Its automated on/off feature was the point. Cannot recommend it.

Bought this pump to drain an 8 foot stock tank backyard pool, and i have to say, this pump works GREAT. Way better than expected. The best part is, it automatically shuts off when there's not enough water left to drain so you won't kill the motor, and you don't have to stand guard. I cleared all the big debris, but it didn't clog with regular dirt. Highly recommend.

WOW!! This sub pump is amazing & got rid of all the water that was running into my crawl space in under 5 mins. I’ve been dealing with standing water for 2 months because the foundation drainage on an old house has failed, causing water to backup into my crawl space. I took a 5 gallon bucket & drilled holes all around the sides & then wrapped a washable furnace filter around the outside of the bucket & secured it with zip ties. Once the bucket has enough water the pump turned on & was empty in 30 secs & then shutoff correctly & started back once the water was high enough. Perfect design with the drain connection on the top to make the pump the perfect size for my needs. I previously tried a float switch & it didn’t work at all. Very durable, easy to connect a hose. The power cord could be longer, but an extension cord fixed that issue.

For the price, I am impressed with this pump. It feels well built and it's easy to use. Unlike other pumps where the water level needs to be higher, this pump can turn on with just over 1" of water which makes it more useful for flooding situations in your basement etc. I used it for my driveway between two heavy cement blocks (to avoid it knocking over) attached to a garden hose getting water in it to keep it safe at night when I couldn't monitor a pump to turn on/off myself because we had flooding rain warnings on the way. Pump performed well

Fast pump out, I was using it to drain my pond to clean it. Full of leaves and debris. This pump has a screen at the bottom so I was able to clean that out and keep draining. I think it was a helpful feature to prevent motor burn out. It drained the pond to a very low point. The only wish, that the cord was longer.

We were able to clear out water from a small pool (around 3 meters in depth) in around 4 hours. The pump was very easy to operate, and the garden hose fit perfectly.

This will save me from the giant rain storms that happen once or twice a year. My drain tiles and roof drains work fine. Issue is we have a lot of asphalt as well and the pipe going into the sump out to the city gets overwhelmed with the volume of water. And thus water starts to fill up by the basement stairs. I have water sensors in the house, but decided to put in this pump to send the water further away in the back of the property rather than just use my trusty wet shop vac. Luckily our basement floor is tile and it just flows to the floor drain inside.

Poduct was used 4 times, failed. On top of it all, it came with a 3 years warranty card as it was claimed to be new, and it wasn't so the manufacturer is not supporting it.
