Great kettle! Unrealistically cool design of the kettle, perhaps banal, but it was one of the most important criteria for me, it fit very well into my interior, now it stands like a decoration on my countertop, I dote, and I also like the fast heating of this kettle, + automatic shutdown, it is really powerful and fast! Very easy to use, smart, portable, I appreciate that after boiling, the water still remains hot for a very long time. A really decent teapot! I'm thrilled!

Heats water quickly and keeps it warm for hours. I like the 7 temperature settings and the cool-touch double wall design, safe and easy to handle. The kettle looks really elegant and simple on the outside. The 1.0L size is just right for daily use, and the auto shut-off and boil-dry protection add peace of mind. Sleek black look makes it a nice addition to the kitchen, and now I can enjoy my tea time anytime!

This is a nice kettle and works very well. The temperature settings are pre-set and there’s a boil mode that simply boils the water. I use this for making coffee in the mornings and I’ve found the pre-set temperatures (130, 150, 170, 185, 212, I think) to be convenient. I don’t need a large amount of water so this size has been very nice compared to the kettle I replaced that was very large. The one drawback I’ve encountered with this kettle is the lid opening mechanism only allows the lid to be opened about 45 degrees or so. This would be fine if I was filling from a sink, but I fill this from my refrigerator’s water dispenser. With the limited opening of the lid it’s slightly awkward to fill the kettle and that’s frustrating. If this lid opened all the way to a vertical position it would be easy to fill this way and would make it very easy to clean out when needed. I would probably look to see if there were any similar alternatives that had a fully opening lid if I were shopping for one now. This was a feature that I did not see at the time of purchase and would not have thought of when shopping the first time.

Great kettle, my old one died years ago and never got around to getting another one, been using the microwave for ages. Kettles are so much nicer and faster for heating water for tea, ramen, etc, takes half the time as microwave to boil water. Nice digital display shows the temp and when it is ready, works great for the price. Sides are cool to the touch while it is heating and when hot water is sitting in it. Large enough to get your hand into for easy cleaning. Metal interior instead of plastic so able to use distilled water for no residue being left and no leeching plastic into the distilled water as well. Rotates easily on the power base and comes off easy as well.

I needed a replacement for my beloved gooseneck kettle that recently has been discontinued and only available on eBay for ~$200. Thought about it but nope. That would make the kettle useless because I need the temp 205 for my coffee so … because I love the kettle and the price is so reasonable, I did the nutty thing of ordering a 2nd one which I have stashed in the attic. If both of them fail then I’ll move on but the investment is not so great that I’ll regret giving it a go. Should that happen I will definitely update this review.—————-MAY 3: Dang. This morning for the 3rd time, I set temp to 205 and return to it at 212. Ao disappointed because have been using it only 2 weeks! Called Amazon CS and they are sending out a new one and will be evaluating my defective one once they receive it. Did not want to break out my spare kettle after a mere 2 weeks! Also, was watching the kettle this afternoon to stop it when it reached 205 degrees but heard it boiling when it got there, quickly opened the lid and sure enough: boiling. Verified with my Thermapen that the display temp wasn’t accurate. Taking away a star. Will update.————MAY 9: The replacement kettle arrived. It did not hold temperature AND when taken off the base it turned off. My original 5-star review thought the intent was for it not to turn off except manually. This kettle is all over the place with no clue what it should be doing.I am returning both defective kettles AND the one I had bought as a back-up because I loved the kettle that much. Beyond disappointed but can definitely not recommend.————MAY 17: Seller reached out with refund offer but I explained Amazon had already done that. Then they offered to send one free of charge saying the defective ones had been part of the same production lot as if now another would be of different quality, The logical problem I have with that is:1. Reviews indicate there were quality issues all year2. If you now have quality kettles why did you keep shipping ones with problems of not turning off, not stopping at set temp, etc?I responded that I had purchased another kettle, had lost confidence in theirs, but failed to add (so I am telling them here): at this point it's also a safety issue. Too many reports of it not turning off.They were polite and tried what they could. My hope is that they figure out their issues and using the same design produce a reliable quality kettle. Focus on that. I'd pay 2x the price for that kettle but wouldn't take 2 of the current one for free.DO NOT BUY THIS KETTLE! It has serious quality issues. Zero stars.
