FANTASTIC!
This two-pack of 4-lb blocks is the best deal available for this species. The larger substrate holds enough nutrients to support a remarkable harvest, so the results justify the effort. Plan for proper temperature and humidity—around 70°F and 90% relative humidity—and choose the right season or indoor spot to maintain those conditions. Even as a beginner, I saw first flushes of over half a pound after trimming them to a market-ready appearance. The flavor is outstanding, and the mushrooms shine in sauces, sandwiches, or side dishes. Let the bags rest a couple of days before starting, and treat them like the living organisms they are. You’ll be glad you did.

North Spore = high quality
This was a good deal on Lion's Mane but it looked like the blocks had been sitting in a warehouse too long. I've never gotten a North Spore product from North Spore that needed to be recolonized like these two did. They recolonized beautifully, btw, and are fruiting like gangbusters!

I loved the ease of these but it says you get more than one grow but mine didnt do that so I was disappointed considering the price

Winter Dry Conditions Slow Growing Tan Color
I disliked the lack of detailed instructions for growing these mushrooms. I only found out a few days ago these mushrooms only grow in 85% humidity, so I’m running a humidifier. The North Spore videos on line were very general. The color of my mushrooms are tan/brown. I bought some at a farmers market and they were white. I am finding them difficult to grow as a beginner.
