This EXACT product repaired the enamel damage that caused sensitive teeth (morning and night use).I've noticed some whitening, which was a surprise because I am still drinking tea, coffee, and foods that stain the teeth.When I get my teeth cleaned, I am told that I have zero build up and my gums look great!Warning about similarly named versions of this product (avoid the Costco version):* Not all Sensodyne products are created equal.* Costco has a version of this product that was HORRIBLE and caused severe sharp shock-like pain along my gums anytime I had anything acidic or anything hot or cold and this lasted for OVER A WEEK. It was literally as bad as the pain I experienced after doing an expensive professional dentist in-office whitening with blue light many years ago when they used the 44% gel that burned the skin off of your gums!* The Costco-specific version is NOT THE SAME as this product (thankfully).REPAIR MIRACLE:Following my mistake for attempting to buy this at Costco (not knowing it was a different product), it took 3 days of using this toothpaste to repair the damage. Nothing else worked. I was so happy on the 4th day when I could have coffee again instead of having to take caffeine pills and no longer needed to avoid hot food and hot soup!When I have used whitening strips (before a big event), it also takes about 2 days for my teeth to feel completely 100% again.I LOVE THIS TOOTHPASTE.PRO TIPS:If you have sensitive teeth, I found it helpful to stop eating at least 3 hours before bed to prevent enamel loss caused by acid reflux (acid reflux eats enamel while you sleep and hurts your gums).
