It does have sound and each 5 minute video clip is about a gigabyte in size, Also it can use MicroSD chips larger than the 128 gb in size. use the included microsd to usb /usb c adapter to view clips as just using a usb cable to view clips does not playback well. Also includes a sim card tray ejector pin tool.

Didn't work. Blinked a couple times but makes 0kb AVI files
Didn't work. Tried several TF cards thinking maybe it was just a bad card that was supplied with it. Motion detection wrote nothing. Continuous recording made 0kb files (no data). Cant comment on video quality since I cant see what the video looks like. I liked the idea of a non wifi unit but am very disappointed in this one.

Really works, slightly grainy pictures but does the job
I used this to monitor the kids at night when I fall asleep and they tell me that they are โreallyโ sleeping. It was extremely easy to plug in and setup, and if you use an extension cord, it can be placed anywhere. The camera came with all the necessary cable and adapter to connect to you computer, the camera picture is not bad for being so tiny and hidden. Even though it says no sound, it does record sound so that was a plus! It worked just as it should and the price was good for what it does. Now I know my kids arenโt asleep and playing on their tablets when theyโre not suppose to be!

Motion activation is not functional, camera takes non-stop video fragments for 16hrs only.
I was going for 2 weeks vacation and put 128gb card (max allowed) in this camera. Of course, the loop recording was not acceptable in my case, I set the motion activated mode. What I see now? The camera recorded 163 files continuously (5 mins long and 708Mb in size each file ) and it stopped recording because run out of memory! Total length of recording is about 16 hours, it is less then one day regardless of any motion. Only one file includes actual motion, when my neighbor came in to check out my house. The motion detection trigger has no effect for sure. Sorry for confusion with date and time. I did not realize how to set up initial time. I edited with notepad the file "timerset", but it was over written by camera with factory defaults.
