Easy Upgrade! Well worth it!
Great item! This was an easy install and upgrade to our e-bike. Our e-bikes had cable actuated disk brakes. With a heavy e-bike, this left a lot to be desired. We also tow a doggy trailer. It took a lot of force and distance to stop with the stock disk brakes. This was a simple and cheap upgrade. The stopping distance was reduced substantially. Just a note that these were used on 180mm disks using the stock mounting adapter, not the ones that came with these. Took less than 20 minutes per brake to install. I selected these because they use to stock brake cable, thus maintaining the motor cut-out and brake light. Highly recommend!

Back on the road!
I recently bought an e-bike thru Amazon (to remain nameless) and the front wheel was making a nasty scaping sound. I could tell the rotor wasn't true and no amount of caliper adjustments made it go away. The only time the scaping stopped is if I removed the caliper altogether (who needs 2 brakes, right?). I sent a video to the manufacturer which clearly showed how bad the rotor was, and they just gave me the runaround when I asked for replacement parts. I eventually decided to tackle fixing it myself and bought this kit. Got it all reassembled yesterday and the wheel is now spinning free of noise, brakes work great. I can tell the quality of both items is much better than the original equipment. Thanks!PS: Today I see that company's listings have completely disappeared from Amazon. Hmmm... wonder why.

Install fairly straight forward
Needs better instructions , was missing some hardware but ended up not needing. So I didn’t take away anything.

Better than the mechanical brakes
Installation was easy, works better than the default brakes that my rattan e bike came with. Will update on a long run

Pretty brakes but don't stop well
Brakes do not work well make you test before riding in traffic

Juice brakes!
I wasn't satisfied with the mechanical cable only brakes that came on my Cunfon RZ800, it took too long to stop and on a scoot that does a little over 30mph I want it to stop right now! The front bolted right on, the back was a little harder. I had to reduce the disk size from 160mm to 140mm to clear the wheel and play around with the adapters that came with the calipers to get it dialed in, but wow what a difference. When I hit the brakes, it stops!
