Nice product ANC is super effective very good quality, but there is no bass effect at all. Please make sure that next time add bass effect it will improve the audio quality.

The product is good for its price. I really love using it, but now after a month, its bluetooth cannot be detected by my phone or laptop as it usually do. It suddenly got disconnected then I cannot use it wirelessly anymore 🥲

Unlike some headphones I previously used, which introduced mechanical-sounding noise in Hear-Through mode.2. "What Could Be Improved:""No Equalizer:" There is no option / app to customize the sound profile or adjust the equalizer settings to suit personal preferences.3. "Complicated Button Controls:" Too many functions rely on the power button, with different actions triggered by holding it for different times. These controls are difficult to remember, and dedicated buttons for key functions would make the headphones easier to operate.4. "Isolate Effect Limitations:" Initially, I don't know how the Isolate Effect works. I then found from the user manual that the Isolate Effect only worked when connected to a computer using a 3.5mm audio cable. I later discovered that it also works without a wired connection, but only when the Bluetooth device is disconnected. This behavior is not intuitive.5. "ANC Performance:" I noticed very little difference in background noise reduction when switching ANC on and off. The effectiveness of the noise cancellation seems limited, which is disappointing for headphones featuring ANC.6. "ANC Voice Notifications:" When switching ANC modes while music is playing, the voice confirmation is difficult to hear because the music volume does not temporarily decrease. Automatically reducing the music volume during these announcements would improve usability.#My Advice to Potential Buyers#I would suggest reviewing the button control instructions. This may not be an issue for everyone, but personally, I prefer to simply relax and enjoy my music without having to remember how long to press each button for different functions.

For what it's worth, they are really good. They're not too bass heavy, but the sound is crystal clear. The Active Noise Cancellation is decent. They sit quite comfortably over my ears. The controls are easy to understand and even easier to use. I also appreciate that the headphones came fully charged.
