The water doesn’t come out easily and barely even.The product looks great and has a good quality but it’s just doesn’t work and the water won’t come out.

Love Nezuko but the straw is defective as it intakes air and can’t really get a good sip otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I've accidentally dropped this on rocks, concrete, metal and it's only resulted in very small chips of the color coming off. It retains the temperature well with plenty of ice, fully seals with the only moisture being condensation around the pressure hole in the top. Handle is decent but will loosen up over time due to daily use. Easy enough to clean with the right tool, dish washer is recommended afterwards for a very thorough cleaning. It's more than worth the money
