Diameter is 6cm across the bottom and 8cm across the top. Depth is 6cm

Do they come with covers?

No. The ones I bought were Lakeland brand. No covers. If you are making cold puddings like panna cotta, try Tescoma. .

What capacity of these dishes in fl oz

Filled to the brim with water: 220cm3 = 7.44 fl oz

In the main bit it says 209ml then in the features and details it says 175ml, could you clarify?

I filled one with water and then measured it. I can confirm 209 mls.
