I use mine for swimming and they are excellent, easy to use . They are comfy look good and good quality. Quite pricey but i bought a cheaper set first and didn't think much of them and they i found these, well worth what I paid, very happy.

Ditch the rest!! Outstanding product, easy to transfer music , no computers or wires needed all my music transferred by using Bluetooth . Sound quality and product quality amazing especially under the water, Battery pasty’s for over 2.5 hours of non stop swimming. The customer service deserves 100 star rating !! Quick response time, polite, knowledgeable and validating . Wouldn’t use any other headphones now, SHOKZ are complicated and far too time sensitive in terms of transferring music .. go with H20 you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!

Bought these because the concept is brilliant. In practice they’re a design that rewards only very specific ear anatomy — mine isn’t it. The pads sit on the cartilage, not the cheekbone, so at normal volumes they buzz against the skin and the sound is terrible. I tried every adjustment, headband and swim-cap trick, and they still won’t sit where they’re supposed to, not that I want to walk around with that look all the time. If you want bone-conduction that actually conducts through bone instead of vibrating your ear, look elsewhere. I’ve initiated a return and asked for a refund under my consumer rights — this product, as worn, is not fit for purpose. Consider this a friendly public service announcement: great idea, shame about the execution.

Absolutely brilliant, I use for swimming and cycling listening to audiobooks. As I do breaststroke I can stream from my phone at the poolside. When cycling you can still hear traffic so it’s safe. Pottering around at home you don’t get sweaty in the heat like with my over ear headphones. Thoroughly recommend makes exercise a joy.

The quality of the bone conducting headphones was far higher than expected. They don't match hi end audio headphones but they are used in different applications. I picked these for the inbuilt MP3 player and the highest level of waterproofing. The Bluetooth connectivity with my phone is excellent and pairing is simple and quick. Getting the music onto the headphones was not, initially, straightforward as my IMac did not recognize the headphones as an external device. An online chat with the customer service department solved the issue, they send me a firmware update and all was well. I think a Windows PC will not require the extra steps. It was then a simple case of drag and dropping my songs into the storage folders in the headphones. In use they are perfect when walking, but the highest volume levels causes vibration, it's not a discomfort but noticeable. During my 1st run I thought they were bouncing on my head, they weren't but it took a while to get used to the feeling. During a race last week I didn't notice wearing them, I only heard the music. The main reason for buying them was that the race rules only allowed this type of headphones to be used as traffic noise can still be heard. Normal audio on-ear or over-ear headphones are forbidden. I also had the chance to swim in them, they are great. Maybe a little too much bass underwater but simply amazing. The customer service is fabulous, online and via email so very happy with the product and with the company that designed them. I score them 4.5 out of 5 only because the 3 operating buttons are small and quite close together. It takes a moment to locate, by feel, the one you want to press. I've not had the battery level drop below medium but I probably only gone 2 to 3 hours before charging. They are expensive but they are high quality. The manufacturer had a Mom's day (USA) sale and they were discounted when I bought them. No regrets about buying them at all.

Brilliant piece of kit, I've upgraded twice so this is my third one, customer service is excellent and the ability to record anything playing on your phone and play back makes it perfect!

The headphones are good. I like the case. Regarding the confort, I would like them to be smaller, I mean the wire connecting both ends. I have a medium head size and it hags in my neck. We should have a couple of options regarding this. Sound is pretty good, specially when using the hear plugs. I just started having a little vibrations, like noise, saturation on the right end. I can't have it removed, seems to be inside the headphones. I hope they will go away the same way they appeared.

My only complaint with this wonderful product being that in Bluetooth mode. The headphones would after approximately 5 minutes of inactivity power off, I was informed by H2o that this was a power saving feature and could be overcome by listening to music within this mode, unfortunately that was not an option for. Shame because the sound quality was very good in my opinion.

Very disappointed. I bought this product over competitors because it was said to have higher volume and better bass. The treble and mid zone was ok. The bass was buzzing and distorted. The speakers did not contact my bone perfectly. The volume through bone transmission was not that good. Not worth the extra cost or delay ordering from abroad.

I really wanted to love the H2O Audio TRI 2 PRO, but after two separate units, I am beyond frustrated. I am an active swimmer (30-40 laps/session) and bought this specifically for the "Playlist+" feature to record my Spotify music for cordless use. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth connection is incredibly unstable during the recording process. I have tried everything to make it work: • Multiple Units: I returned the first pair thinking it was a defect, but the second pair has the exact same issue. • Controlled Environment: I turned off all other Bluetooth devices in the vicinity. I even locked myself in a room to ensure zero interference and set my phone to Airplane Mode (with only Bluetooth enabled). • Phone Settings: I ensured my phone (iPhone 16 Pro Max) was set to "Never" for Auto-Lock to keep the screen active, and I stayed within 1 meter of the device. Despite all these precautions, the recording fails after only one or one-and-a-half songs. It cannot even handle a simple 4-minute track without the connection dropping. For a product at this price point marketed on its "Playlist+" capability, this is unacceptable. If you are a Spotify user looking for a seamless "record and go" experience, look elsewhere. This technology is not ready for real-world use.

Lo compre por la funcion Playlist + para pasar musica de Spotify o Apple music. Al ultilizar la app logre grabar 5 canciones y despues no hubo forma de grabar mas canciones, la app crasheaba aun despues de reinstalarla y la funcion de grabar desde los audifonos tampoco grababa. Si no tienen la musica en su memoria evitense comprar los audifonos.

I had a fellow swimmer at my pool recommended this item so I purchased it and when it arrived, I followed the owners manual and set it up exactly as the instructions stated there are two modes, Bluetooth and memory when I turn the product on it defaulted to Bluetooth I followed the instructions to convert it to memory mode and it would not convert to memory mode and instead Stayed in Bluetooth mode indefinitely. Nothing I could do or try would make it convert to memory mode. I created a review and the company contacted me (awesome) and said I was not "quick enough" on the double click. I tried (what I thought was) a very quick double click. Still nothing, but I gave it to my wife and she made it work first time. so I have big hands, big fingers. now that I knew what to do it just took some practice. Now I can go between the various modes with no problem considering this needs to be waterproof and my friend that recommended it has been using it for 4 months with no issues, I now understand the need for it to be this way. I gave it 5 stars because it needs to be waterproof, and having to figure out the double click is just a necessity for the unit to meet its need. I did read the instructions, and I did find a YouTube, just my opinion, but neither really explained/showed the speed needed for the double click to work. Maybe something in the YouTube could be added explaining how important the speed of the click needs to be. But the key is, at least once I figured it out (again kudos to H2O for following up so quickly) the unit really works well. My wife cannot stand items in her ear, she is now considering trying one of these. The whole concept of waterproof, and not needing to be in my inner ear, is pretty amazing. Soon after I got this unit I got sick. I had used it numerous times at my home learning how to operate the unit. I could not get it to power on in Memory mode. I contacted support and they walked me through a reset and it now powers on in Memory mode. Cudo's to the support team again also I did my first swim with these on, and IF they last this will be the best money I have spent in 2024. What a game changer to be able to swim with music. I have audio books, and I am going to look to convert the audio book to MP3 and see if I can listen to an audio book while swimming. If that works, I may just need to start swimming all day :-)
