This Renixa Aftercare Spray not only works well on piercings but also works for me with minor cuts and abrasions. This water-based spray contains aloe, castor oil, sodium chloride, tea tree oil, Panthenol, etc. all good things to help your skin heal. It does sting a little even though it does not contain alcohol, but this might depend on the recency and stage of healing of the piercing. But the sting is very minor and nothing like you would expect from a substance as harsh as alcohol. The biggest benefit I have noticed is the decrease in itchiness it produces upon application. It sprays on pretty easily since it is water-based and does not have any type of odor.

This is an excellent piercing solution. It keeps my skin fresh and the stink away. It does what it’s supposed to do! And it’s affordable. The ingredients are comparable to what my local piercer gives you when you get a new piercing. I recommend this product.
