I've tried a few flavours from the Applied Nutrition Sparkling Protein range now, and they've all been pretty enjoyable. They're a nice change from the usual thick protein shakes, especially when you want something light and refreshing after a workout. This flavour is another good one, with a pleasant taste and no overly artificial aftertaste (apple does a little) It's an easy way to get some extra protein without feeling like you're drinking a milkshake. The only downside is the price. They're quite expensive if you're paying full retail, but if you can pick them up for around £1 a can, I think they're good value and worth stocking up on. Overall, a tasty and convenient protein drink that I'd happily buy again when it's on offer.

Absolutely love these drinks. Have struggled to get my protein in, and these not only do that but they taste unbelievable. I have them on subscription which make them even better value for money!

A little costly, but a great drink with a lovely smooth taste.

These arrived promptly and they taste ok to me. However when I read the label it says halal protein which is bovine collagen. Sadly this would prevent me from buying them again as I am not halal and do not agree with halal methods of killing animals. However if you are halal or this doesn’t bother you the. I would recommend this . It’s a shame because I like it and didn’t notice this point before I bought them

TL;DR: Something about the taste, smell or texture puts me off every time, and they have been sitting in the fridge untouched for weeks. Wanted to like these as the concept is solid, but something about them just does not work for me. I cannot pinpoint whether it is the taste, the smell or something about the can itself, but I consistently reach for something else when I open the fridge. They are not undrinkable, just not something I actively want. Have had the same cans sitting there for a while now which says everything really. If you are sensitive to the slightly metallic edge some sparkling canned drinks have it might be worth trying a single can before committing to a pack. Three stars because the issue may well be personal preference rather than the product itself, but I cannot honestly rate it higher based on my experience.

I am obsessed with these protein waters!! I've tried all three flavours and the tropical burst is my favourite, due to no aftertaste. They don't taste chalky (especially the tropical ones). After having a gastric bypass several years ago I stopped having enough protein in my diet. I didn't want to keep drinking protein shakes and then found these drinks in a well known shop. These are brilliant because I get to have a week's supply (as I only drink one or two a day) for less than buying them individually. Definitely worth the money!!!

I had been looking for easy ways to I increase my protein intact as I’m in a diet. This is so nice to taste and not many calories. Perfect for me, I’ve ordered more.

These are pretty gross tasting. Really sweet. Disappointing that they cannot be returned. Would not recommend.

Pfand 3€ aber keine Pfanddosen! Finde das Getränk an sich sehr lecker, Frage mich nur warum ich Pfand zahlen muss, obwohl das wegwerfdosen sind!!! Würde am liebsten alle Geschmacksrichtungen kaufen, sehe nur nicht ein 9€ für nichts zu bezahlen! Hoffe der Verkäufer macht was dran!
