Replace plastic as they crumbled over time How / where ?

The vinyl sheets delaminate from sun exposure. Mine started in 5-6 months. Don't know when it will be serious enough to replace.

Can the canopy be painted?

I don't believe so it is acrylic panels. Maybe with a spray paint made for plastic?

Can it be shortened too 70"?
