Does the job!
Took one and felt like a human Brita filter. Activated charcoal: for when your stomach says “What did you just eat?” and you need backup. Quick-release capsules = fast-acting hero. No GMOs, no gluten, just pure detox drama in a tiny pill. Great for mystery meals, questionable decisions, and general gut shenanigans.

Great charcoal caps
Does exactly what it's supposed to do. I sometimes get really bad indigestion and this really helps. Easy to swallow and has no taste

Bowel starter
Active charcoal especially this brand is useful when you bloat it constipated and really need to clean out the colon I usually recommend every season. Just take one at night

Very effective and I tend to use this once a month. If you have to detox these works well. It's different from probiotic but cleanse is good. Do your reasearch before taking more than what is recommended. It depends on your environment and what you eat, drink or are exposed to. Mold exposure is helpful.

Buying more!
Definitely do the job! Great value, great price. I got them for me, but ended up giving them to my husband for upset stomach, gas, and bloating lol. So I'll be ordering more since he apparently eats differently and decided to utilize mine.

Was meh for me
The Sundance Activated Charcoal capsules are decent and affordable. I like that they’re non-GMO and gluten-free, and the quick-release capsules are convenient. However, I didn’t notice a big difference in how I felt after taking them. They might work better for others, but for me the results were just okay. Worth a try, but not a must-have.

Vomiting food poisoning
I was find poisoning, I was really feeling a sour tummy and vomiting for every 1 to two or 3 hours. Waiti.g on my supplement. This Charcoal I open 2capsule pour charcoal in my 8 oz water , stir and drink the water mixture... It stomach feeling sour and I was able get back to work but had to take again later but it has done a marvelous job .stop vomiting and sour tummies.
