Bought one 13 months ago…didn’t use it on the project I had planned so it went unused for a while. Got it out again to see what it would do on shower grout and it worked great. Sadly, something happened and it did not work. I contacted customer support and told them what happened. They sent me a new one in just a few days! Very happy with that result and just use my new one on the stove top and over…worked great!

Gonna have to stated the fact that this thing all but died after trying to use it for more than a few minutes. It overheated, which is an oxymoron in terms of the usability of a steamer. This also makes it completely unusable. You can use it again once it cools down, but again, due to the high running temperature necessary for a steam cleaner, it overheated again and shut down. At least it has this safety feature that works very well. The attachments are wonderful.I bought a Wagner after the complete failure of this steam cleaner. Comparing weight, speed of "warm up", and the size these are all comparable. The weight isn't very different when compared to the higher end Wagner. I kept the attachments and am able to use them on my Wagner. All said, save your money and just purchase a Wagner. Much pricier but also actually useful.

I’m house cleaner,many of my clients don't like cleaning liquids, so I clean using only water, which makes the job a bit more tedious. One of my clients asked me, "Why don't you use a steam cleaner? So, I decided to buy one, though I was a bit apprehensive, as I didn't know what to expect, there are so many products on the market that often turn out to be a disappointment. However, I am absolutely happy with the results! My fears are a thing of the past, this little steam cleaner will truly do you a huge favor. You’ll save time because you can easily clean parts of the toilet, hard-to-reach corners, doors, windows, and much more in seconds, It heats up quickly, and the steam pressure is constant and powerful. Thanks to its size, it’s easy to carry anywhere and simple to use. 100% recommended.

I used this steam cleaner for my new home before moving and it is convenient and easy to set up and clean! The price is reasonable, and the cord length is appropriate and no need to bend over if I’m cleaning the floor.

This steam cleaner is practical, easy to use, and does exactly what I needed it to do. It heats up quickly and comes with useful accessories for different cleaning tasks. My only suggestion would be a slightly longer power cord, but that's easy to solve with an extension cord. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

This is a good news/bad news item. The good news is that this is fantastic product for window washing and upholstery cleaning. Grimy fabric covered stool looks like new. ⁰Window washing time cut in half and no buckets, sponges or rags needed. Now for the bad news. If you're looking for a degreaser, look elsewhere. This unit does not have enough pressure to decrease a car engine compartment or an outdoor BBQ grill. Also, the provided power cord keeps deconnecting from the power unit. Not acceptable for portable use. However, I'm keeping the product for fabric cleaning and window washing. I'm going to improvise a mechanical strap to keep the power cord engaged. Hope this helps.

The works well and the prodcut was supported exptionally well after sale. The only concern I have with the design is that the battery compartment is close to the steam and that could cause it to fail. However, so far this has not caused problems. The steam generation occurs very rapidly and the cleaning works well. Steam cleaners in your house are here to stay.

I can’t use due to power requirements not compatible here in singapore.
