As I am writing this review, I am sitting comfortably at my laptop in my new chair enjoying a heated massage. I am very pleased with my new chair! It arrived days before it said it would arrive. Packaging and content was in excellent condition upon arrival. It was so easy to assemble. Once it was put together and I sat in it for the first time I was so very impressed with its stability and comfort, and when I decided to get really comfortable I extended my leg rest and use the reclining ability, I could have easily taken a nap. except I was at work and could not do that. My Co-Pastor is now planning on getting one for his office as well! And with the quality and amazing price he definitely should do so!

As of now I am loving this chair. The lumbar support is not that great but I placed an extra support pillow behind me and that makes things better. The heating mechanism does not get that hot and the massage is not that powerful but they are both enough to make the chair more comfortable. I love the fact that the chair can go up and down. Along with recline. The footrest is heaven on earth and one of my main reasons for loving the chair. You can even move the footrest to be in better positions for what makes you comfortable. I can easily sit crisscross on this chair or even sit with my knees bent and feet up thanks to the footrest. The recliner on the chair goes back super far. I can see how people could fall asleep in this chair. I suck at putting things together and this was relatively simple. I did it primarily by myself with a bit of help from my daughter when I placed the arms on. Took maybe 20 minutes if that to put together and would have probably went even faster if my dog wasn't trying to help as well. All in all I am quite pleased with my purchase for this price point and it was fairly priced for all the positives that come with it.

I have back issues and this chair has been a lifesaver as my father’s on hospice and I have to sit next to his hospital bed a lot. I got this chair for the portability to use it as a desk chair, at my computer and next to my dad’s hospital bed. The only issue I’ve had is because I need to move it so much from room to room, The plug comes loose often only because it’s moved around so much. It works beautifully, comfy, heat & vibration is very nice, high-quality, very comfortable. I’m a 5’9”148 pounds female. I’m not kidding when I say this chair has been a real lifesaver. My Husband put it together pretty quickly. I wish I had time to take better photos, but my plate is full. I was originally going with a pink chair that didn’t have the quality that did and it was anthat didn’t have the quality that did and it was a little more pricey. Thankfully, I saw this one and it truly is the best price and perfect.

This office chair is great for long hours at the desk. The material is high quality, with soft leather that makes sitting down very comfortable, the ergonomics of the chair makes sitting in it for long periods of time very easy without building up fatigue from sitting for hours on end, and the chair can also recline very smoothly if you want to take a break and lie down for a bit. The armrests of the chair are also very wide and soft, and at a good height that lines up perfectly with my desk. The leg rest also provides additional comfort for those long hours of working at the computer.

Just got it in and set up and it lives up to the expectations. I ordered the cream color and material is good quality and soft. It was easy to set up, 30-45 minutes, the instructions are good. The massage feature is more of a vibration than other massage chairs that have rollers that move. I do like the massage feature. The footrest is a must have. The chair as a whole is very sturdy and it rolls smoothly. It does fit through normal doorways. The recline is smooth and the range is great. Definitely a great value for your money.

Chair is comfortable. The foot rest is convenient to have. Giving 3 stars because the massage function isn't good. I would return it, but I already put it together and the chair itself is decent. Assembly was easy. Took maybe 15 minutes. The massage function just vibrates, nothing else. No kneading or rolling. I wouldn't call the vibration a massage more like your phone is vibrating in your pocket.

I bought two of these chairs. They were easy to assemble and the massage worked well. But after just one month I saw that they just started getting loose where the bolts fasten the arms and back onto the seat. I tried to tighten the bolts, but found that the bolts are all tight. It is the threaded female part inside the seat that has broken loose and I cannot repair that. Both chairs lasted less than 3 months of use and are becoming unsafe to sit in.

Seller was Great helping out with a small damage that happened in shipping in less than 24 hours! The reason im giving the chair a 3 is because it didnt do what I was wanting most from it, the heating! Great looking chair, pretty comfy and most of the vibration you is nice BUT its super heavy, the vibration to your but/thighs might as well not even be on the chair and the heat, the not so much heat, to your back is in this super little small area in the center of your back. Nothing at all to the bottom of your back and thats the main reason I was getting this chair was for the heating of the bottom of my back! To be honest you can save a good $60 dollars getting the same thing this chair doesnt have with a simple chair for $100.
