Love having a healthy alternative to sugar!
I love this product! I am trying to be healthy and avoid processed sugar. I love that allulose doesn't affect blood glucose levels and is so low in calories. I love that it is found naturally in some foods. It's a no-guilt sugar substitute. It doesn't taste exactly like sugar or have the same consistency as sugar (it's more powdery), but it has a pleasant, sweet taste and sweetens things to my satisfaction. It doesn't taste like I'm eating chemicals (as with some other sweeteners I have tried), and there is no unpleasant aftertaste. I baked some Keto chocolate peanut butter cookies using allulose in place of monk sweetener. They turned out great! I have been using it in place of sugar in several of my recipes. There are a few cons. It is quite expensive, but in comparing CMK with other brands, ounce for ounce CMK is really competitively priced. It's also nice that it comes in a two-pack. It does clump a bit in the bag, as others have mentioned; however, the clumps are easily broken up and are not too bothersome. Additionally, I read on several health websites before purchasing it that there are potential negative side effects--bloating, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, but that is only when consuming large doses. I haven't experienced any of these. Overall, it's a great product, and I will be purchasing it again!

Expensive but worth it!
I have used this brand of allulose for over a year and love it. It is expensive but if you are avoiding sugar or carbohydrates, it is worth the cost. It has zero net carbohydrates. The texture resembles caster sugar. The flavor is exactly the same as sugar, without the aftertaste of some other sweeteners such as stevia. It doesn’t cause the stomach upset of sugar alcohol sweeteners such as xylitol. It dissolves easily into liquids/sauces and doesn’t cause cloudiness in clear liquids. I love to use it to make low-carb cranberry sauce. Just substitute allulose for sugar and follow the recipe on the bag of fresh cranberries. Super simple and amazingly good. Unlike Erythritol, allulose remains dissolved and doesn’t recrystallize when it cools so it makes excellent cranberry sauce. I also find it works well as a substitute for bar sugar. It dissolves well in adult beverages. Use it to make an excellent low-carb Old Fashioned cocktail. The only problem I have ever found is the price. But for me, it is completely worth it.

Good taste. Do keto and I don't need it to be overly sweet.
It gives me enough sweetness when I add it to my decaf cup of coffee it gives my coffee a touch of sweetness to help with that bitter taste you get with coffee. Not a sugar eater. Works for me.

Takes a lot of product to sweeten
I was really hoping to love this so I could decrease my stevia intake a bit. The flavor is good. I typically use a high quality stevia that doesn't have too much of an artificial taste. This tastes very similar, with probably a little less of the artificial taste. The issue is it takes so much. I usually expect that sweeteners use less than sugar, so I thought this would need about about as much as sugar. However, it's even less sweet than real sugar. The value isn't good at all when you take into account how much you have to use. Also, it clumps a lot in the package. The clumps break up easily but it's still a little annoying. I can't justify buying it again, unless they drop the price a lot. I haven't tried baking with it yet, so I cannot comment to that use.

Sweet AND Healthy
I've seen some negative reviews about the (lack of) sweetness in Allulose sweeteners (not brand specific), that you have to use a lot more than with other sugar-alternative sweeteners to achieve a given level of sweetness. This is TRUE, but I don't consider it a negative. It just IS what it IS. This stuff has been clinically measured to have a neutral glycemic response, and when glucose is in the blood, will even compete with it, causing a lower insulin response than without the Allulose present. It has other benefits as well. You can search videos for Dr. David Pulmutter & Allulose learn more. I consider this stuff as medicine, so I don't compare the price to products that don't do what Allulose does. Use as much as it takes to make it taste right to you. That's a fair trade off for not getting fat, eating an equivalent amount of sugar.

Best sweetener out there now for diabetic bakers!
I’m diabetic, I prefer using products as close as possible to nature, and I bake. I wanted to find a healthier alternative to Splenda and, I’d have to say, I’m genuinely impressed with Allulose! Although it’s not quite as sweet, I simply add a little extra, if I want more sweetness. I’m thrilled to be able to use this in baking, cooking, and even caramelizing! I love that it’s very fine, as well. So I can use it instead of caster sugar! There is no difference in taste or aftertaste in my baking or cooking, and my husband loves it, too! This is now my go-to for sugar!

Pros.-Cons
Really was looking forward to trying this!!Pros…an exceptional ( not finding the correct word but..) cleanDoes sweetenDissolves pretty quickConsThe clean..also seems Very Over processed, and is what lessens the sweetness potential.Takes more to sweeten than other brands used.Price is not personally worth the Extra Needed to compensate for the lack of sweetness.Summery…this can only be worth it to us if the price comes down. We will move on, to little for to much for our needs.Wish you all the best in your Allulose journey!

Great Stuff!
I like this better than anything out there. It sweetens my coffee and doesn't have any aftertaste. I believe it's safe to use, unlike other artificial sweeteners.
