I'm wanting to  trim .357 , .40 and .45, will I be able to ?

Yes, as long as you have the correct Hornady Shell Holder and trimmer pilot.  It comes with pilots that covers .357 and .45.  You have to buy the .40 caliber pilot separate.  It does not come with any shell holders so you have to buy those also if you are not using Hornady shell holders.

Question 2

I cut bullet cases for jewelry. I'm currently using a Dremel. Will this do the same job?

No.  It is a trimmer, not a 'cutter'.  It trims a little off the open end or mouth to bring cases into spec for reloading.  Get a cheap cut off saw from Harbor Freight or Amazon.

Will this trim 6.5 jap?

you need the shell holder and you need to know the case length(precisely)  I do not know who has the dies (especially case holder)   But you put the case holder in and lock it and then set your lenght and lock that  I would mike the few to make sure it is trhe correct length.   Then I would mike every 10th csr no matter what I was using to trim.   I like Hornady and have several sets of Hornady dies   But I also have Lee, RCBS, Lyman.. all good brands.. But I do like Hornady

will this trim 300 win mag?

It will trim all main stream calibers, just not big ridiculous calibers like 50 BMG.   It comes with a few sizes of trimmer pilots, (goes in the bullet end of the casing) one of which is 30 cal. So you're good there. This trimmer also requires hornady brand shell holders.  If you have a hornady reloading set up and you want to reload 300 win mag you'll need the appropriate shell holder (shell holder holds the primer end of the shell). The Amazon descriptions of the different shell holders are pretty incomplete. My advice is to get on the hornady website to find out for sure what shell holder 300 win mag requires and order it from Amazon.
