Building this swing set next to the forest has been one of the most rewarding projects I’ve taken on. Like others have pointed out, the hardware is very stout. That was nice to see when I opened the box. I likely won't be the one riding the swing, but I've got comfort knowing whoever does won't wind up their rear. A small squeak set in, but nothing a little lubricant couldn't resolve. That's normal for a design like this. Great product. PS. For the DIY'ers out there, you need to understand what you are attaching these to. Don't trust what's behind that soffit. Remove some of it so you can see.

Purchased 4 sets of these for a swing set build I did. The powder coating looks really great against the wood and the brackets are really durable. You’ll need a 5/16 bit to pre drill the holes for the lag bolts which hold really well. We went with 16in between each bracket for the swings, with 18 in between each individual swing. We were able to fit 4 swings on a 12 ft 4x6. Great value for the money and will last a long time!

I use these anchors for all my custom bed swings that I build. I love the fluidity of the axis swing that had stood the test of time on my past builds. The screws are strong enough to hold into the crossbeam. The only Con I have found is that I wanted an improved carabiner, so I bought a higher grade version to attach my ropes (plus, I needed 4 of them), but I truly got these for the swinging anchor.Extremely sturdy, and easy to install.

Recently installed these on a diy swingset build. The hangers are heavy duty and were simple to install with the supplied screws. Black paint seems to be of good quality. The hangers were initially silent while swinging although I have recently noticed some squeaking. So far I am pleased with the hangers.

This sure is built strong. Heavy duty and says it can hold up to 2400 pounds. Wow that's great and you can definitely feel that it's not cheaply made. Rust resistance is a plus and nice that it is designed to prevent metal rubbing so it stays quiet. I used this to replace my older porch swing hardware.
