Adaptive One Handed Cutting Board with Food-Safe Stainless Steel Spikes

I bought this for my husband, who only has one arm. He loves it and finds cooking to be so much easier. He likes that everything that he cuts stays securely in place. He has also mentioned that he likes that it is slightly lifted so that he doesn't have to bend over much when cutting. We've had this for nearly a year now, and it is certainly durable.

The quality of the wood feels durable and sturdy, and it stays stable on the counter while cutting.I also love the added features that help keep ingredients in place, super helpful when chopping vegetables or preparing meals quickly. It’s easy to clean and looks great in the kitchen too.Overall, a very useful and high-quality product. Definitely worth it and I would highly recommend it.

I ordered this cutting board and when it arrived it had not been sanded properly. I reached out to the seller and Antoine quickly responded. They sent a new board immediately and even refunded part of my original cost. You won't find better customer service! New cutting board is great!

I was hesitant to buy this adaptive cutting board due to the lack of reviews,but I’m so glad I did. It’s truly changed the way I work in the kitchen!The board looks great, feels solid, and is super practical.Unlike others with spikes shoved into a corner, this one has the spikes right in the center,giving me plenty of space to chop without food spilling off the edges.One clever feature is how easy it is to slide a plate under the board (see my pictures).After chopping, I can just push the food straight onto a plate.The board is also stable on the counter, which is essential when using one hand.For the price, this board is a steal. Other products are $30–$50 more for extras like a grater,but honestly, I’d rather have these solid, centered spikes for daily use than pay morefor features I rarely need.If you’re looking for a functional one-handed cutting board that doesn’t break the bank,I highly recommend this one!

My left arm is of little use following brain cancer surgery. This board makes many things easier to do, like, cut and make a bagel, toast, and a sandwich. I’m the only one allowed to use it. After, I lean it in the sink, walsh, rinse a dry. We’ll see how it holds up. I will keep the mineral oil to it. I like it!

I have been looking for adaptive cutting boards and they can be very over priced. I love they use a unique approach. I have dactylitis in my right hand middle finger and that is important to grasp and grip and hold while chopping. It’s also been a hand I usually cut with. I couldn’t do either recently. This cutting board has allowed me to feel like I am able to safely chop again. I finally cubed potatoes for mashed potatoes for the first time since 2022 on Christmas Eve this year. This cutting board is a great option for those with some use of their hand still and also is easy to clean! I love how it is narrow enough to lean up against my microwave and is designed to be easy to store. I bought it for that reason and because it was simple design. It’s perfect for support to safely use knives and also to have something stabilized while peeling. I have used it for slicing apples, cubing potatoes, and holding onto fruit while I peeled especially an orange.

I’ve been ordering from Amazon because I’m having surgery at the end of the month. Although this cutting board is beautiful, it doesn’t appear to be adaptive, and I don’t think I can use it with one hand. It isn’t as advertised… And I’m just so disappointed. I’m not disappointed enough to stop ordering, because I live in a very rural area and live alone… And soon – will be very unable. I’m just so disappointed. Perhaps I should wait until tomorrow, but maybe I’ll post again tomorrow. Right now I feel a little bit sad.
