Very disappointed – strange texture and stale nut taste I bought this pistachio spread to make Dubai-style chocolate, and I was extremely disappointed. The texture is nothing like a smooth spread – it’s thick, clumpy, and keeps separating and forming lumps no matter how much I stir it. The taste is even worse. It has a strong stale, old nut smell and flavor that makes it unpleasant to eat. It does not taste fresh at all. I’ve tried many nut spreads before, and this one is by far the worst in terms of both texture and flavor. I would not recommend this product, especially if you’re using it for desserts or chocolate making.

Good product but not handled well during delivery
The product still tasted good but I think the handling part during the delivery broke the seal and cover.

Best way to describe texture, and taste is to say it's like white chocolate and hazelnut spread. It's smooth, sweet and green. Upon opening I dipped finger in to taste , then put a spoonful in a glass of milk and whisked since I bought it to make pistachio milk shake. As for quality , value and size I wouldn't know as I'd normally go for hazelnut and this is better when I compare my preference in quality but obviously you get less for price.
