Life Changing
Personally, I have found this to be the only thing that brings me back to life literally. I have tried pills and other liquid irons, as well ad b12 pills, patches and even injections. However this is so easy for my system to absorb and it gives a lot of energy. I suffer with various muscle and joint pains, back pain, extremely low energy, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, fatigue, brain fog, low immunity and prone to colds and infections. The minute I take this, it energizes me. Nothing else works as much. It's like having a glimpse of my life before the crash of hitting my forties. It doesn't hurt my stomach. I have a very sensitive stomach. I'm blaming myself for stopping it and trying different things. I have low hematocrite and borderline b12 and iron, but with prevelang symptoms. At one point, internal vibrations, weak legs and too tired to do anything, even having tl take a break after doing the laundry, etc. Now, I'm on my feet again and on my chores. I know I feel well when I fancy cooking something and my creative flow for work is back! It's dibilitating when you lack essential nutrients. This is my personal story. I'm not a professional or medically informed.
