At two years old, I had a stoneware plate dropped on my nose. I've dealt with the inability to get a constant flow of air through my nose for my entire life, from childhood. It's all I've known. I'm also a long-distance runner (half marathons and the occasional marathon) and have been doing so with an obstructed airway for well over 20 years. As I've been getting more serious about my training, I decided to try these out. I was extremely skeptical, and these are kind of expensive -- especially for only one in the package. I opened it up and questioned how it could possibly work. I was convinced it wouldn't help much and might even impede my airway. I moistened the dilator as instructed and got it positioned in a mirror (took about 30 seconds). It slid right in! Felt a little weird, but I got used to it quickly. It was super easy to get it positioned, and once there, it held nicely. Even coming off of a flu, I could immediately feel a subjective difference. This was the first time I've ever been able to breathe in through my nose FULLY when running at a moderate pace. It was literally a feeling I've never known before -- and it was amazing. I'm not joking when I say that my Garmin told me my performance was +3 that day -- and it was -1 the day before. It was that much of a difference in my comfort. I also found it was helping me breathe more consistently and slowly while running, so I just felt better. Will it translate to better times? Who knows. But it absolutely works for its intended purpose. I don't want to go back to running without this thing now.

It works but just get the right size or those little knobs on the inside will slightly cut into your nose. They're meant to keep the insert in your nose, but if you get the wrong size it'll cause so much discomfort

La verdad no se si sea que no me quedo pero no le encontré sentido a eso, ni siquiera expandía mis fosas nasales y ni se me quedaba en la nariz aparte demás de incómodo me dolía

Aufgrund mehrere Bewerungen habe ich die Größe (M) bestellt weil ich Angst hatte dass es nichts bring. Dennoch stellte es sich heraus dass für eine normale Nase wie meiner (S) völlig in Ordnung ist. (M) passt auch aber ist unbequem. Sonnst klappt alles super. Ich würde dennoch empfehlen zum HNO Arzt zu gehen und eine medizinische Lösung zu finden. Mir wurde eine Maske empfohlen die man im Schlaf trägt, Alternativ dazu eine OP aber mal gucken.

Me ha encantado el producto. Ya he podido usarlo en mis sesiones de Running, y me doy cuenta que no respiraba también como podía por la nariz. Ya no uso la boca para respirar e incluso he notado que no me sube tanto la frecuencia cardiaca al entrenar. Se nota un poco extraña al principio, sobre todo al colocarlo por primera vez que no sabes si está bien puesto o no. Lo he comprado ahora en invierno, y hay que acostumbrarse. Dependiendo de cómo seas es posible que se lo llevas mucho rato te hagas un poco de daño en las mucosas donde se coloca el producto, sobretodo si la tienes seca. Para mí no es un problema, porque simplemente controle el tiempo que lo llevo puesto. Lo recomiendo!

Good quality, more air to breath and easy to use

Finding a comfortable fit took a couple of attempts, though once I got used to wearing it, the difference became noticeable. Breathing through my nose felt less restricted, particularly during the night, and I woke feeling less dry than usual. It stayed in place better than I expected and didn't become irritating after several hours. Cleaning it between uses was quick, and the storage case kept everything clean when travelling or leaving it in a bedside drawer. It won't suit everybody, especially during the first couple of nights, though giving it a little time made a noticeable difference in my experience. It has become something I reach for before going to bed without giving it much thought.
