Triumph Sports 8-in-1 Two-Player Basketball Shootout

I got this for my kids for Christmas. They loved it, that is until it stopped working. The batteries in the back of the unit keep getting dislodged from balls hitting the backboard. I have requested a replacement battery unit from the company I ordered it from and I am waiting for it. (It's on backorder)

Retracting my husbands statements on a previous review...this item was priced cheaply so I got what was expected. Instructions were in box (some men are just too lazy to search thoroughly 😉) in between the net. If you do not get them you can find the manuals online just be sure of your item number or you'll think you're missing pieces. It takes up more square ft than expected. Yes it has a weak frame, but again, that's expected for what was paid.

This took me 4 hours to assemble. Then the first half hour my 2 young grandchildren used it, the cloth part ripped off the backboard and continued to tear down the side of the netting. Not worth the money.

Takes sometime to build and a lot of patience but my kids 11 & 7 are having a great time playing with it good for the money

To Whom It May Concern: This is the worst piece of equipment I have ever purchased. Not quite one month old, this equipment was opened on Christmas Day and assembled the following week. The ball and score counter does not fit the opening and can not be used. The basket on the right came away from the backboard leaving a hole which cannot be repaired. One leg is broken and has been tied to the other tubing to keep the whole frame upright. I am shocked and extremely disappointed that this toy has fallen apart in such a short time with normal use. If there was a way to contact Triumph directly, I would do so. Hopefully, Amazon, with its universal network can help me get my money back. I know this is a small issue to a website of your size, but for an 11 year-old boy who begged for this as his primary Christmas gift, it is a continual disappointment for him as he tries to use this toy in a modified way.Sincerely,Judith [email protected]

I can't believe how fast this item arrived. Super fun. My son loves it. Great for a little fun indoors and especially when it's winter!

There were so many things wrong with this. Took a long time to put together (4 hours), 2 balls were flat by next day, the pump is terrible-you really have to have your own to pump the balls, net was sewn shut where you were supposed to slide it on to posts, backboard was smashed in corner, scoreboard did not work. I called customer service twice and they kindly replaced all items that we had problems with, but we are still waiting for the scoreboard (it will take a total of 2 months to get the replacement b/c they are on backorder). Very bummed since this was a birthday present. According to the lady I spoke with, this doesn't always happen, but based on the reviews I'm not sure if that's true. I also asked for a rebate of some kind and they said no way, unless I packed it up and returned it. Since this is the only one that would fit in our basement, we are keeping it...but it is already duct taped together in spots.

My son loves it!! He's been playing with it since it was delivered!

Bought it and it works. The structure itself is very unsteady and if not placed a certain way tries to topple over. Overall design in materials is poor and cheap but works and you get what you pay for
