The Acrylic sheet came with peel paper on both sides. I used this to cut a new control panel bezel for m hottub. I upgraded the mainboard, heater, and control panel in my older hottub but the new control panel was smaller than the old control panel. I used my X-carve CNC to cut a bezel from this acrylic sheet that was the size of my old control panel but with a rectangle in the middle to hold the new panel. I painted the back side of acrylic grey so one couldn't see through into the hottub and popped new control panel in. I used clear silicone caulk between new bezel and hottub and caulk between new control panel and acrylic. It worked great!If you are looking for acrylic to cut on a CNC hobby machine, this will work great! Use an upcut mill bit to pull acrylic shaving out and you will have no problems. I experienced no melting of acrylic whatsoever!

This acrylic arrived well-protected, clean and in perfect shape. The panel appears pretty much flawless, and it's an honest 1/4" thick.

If you’re looking for acrylic for CNC this is it. NO MELTING! I was able to cut, carve, and buff with no issues.

I ordered these sheets because they were stated to be 1/4 inch, with the 0.25 inch also shown, however the sheets received were 0.203" thick for one and 0.218" for the other (+/- less than 0.002").The sheets were adequate for my needs, after adjusting for the different thickness, so I did not return them. Still, I would have preferred to receive what I ordered.
