I love that there is a left and a right. I was looking for a better patch then I got from the eye doctor. The elastic string keeps the shield in place without sticky tape that rips my skin. I have been having eye problems with age.. this shield design helps keep the issues to a minimum. It's very important that I wear them often or my eyes get very irritated when I sleep. Great design! Nice quality, easy fit, and much better than taping it on! Clear with air holes, so I can still see a bit as I'm getting ready for bed.

This product is EXCELLENT for after Cataract Surgery! It is very comfortable an stays in place all night long. No sticky residue to deal with in having to pull off adhesive tape. You get 2 in the packing for right and left eyes. Very happy I purchased it!

I had cataract removed on both my eyes and the doctor gave me one of the plastic shields, but I had to use tape to keep it on my face! I got these they work so much better especially at night. It was just perfect for me.

I got the AMZVIO eye shield after having to scrub tape residue off my face after my first eye. They are a lot easier to put on and take off, and the best part, no tape! They have a lot of adjustment for size, so they will fit a pin head like mine, or a large Peyton Manning head! ( Hey that's what Eli says!) Anyway, I have been using the shield when sleeping and during nap time and they work great. They are inexpensive, which is great after spending so much on my surgery. They don't seem to be quite as deep as the ones I got from my vision surgery center, but they do work well. But, not for pirates, because they are clear. Arrr....

These match the description and are easier to put on than taping an eye shield to the face. I think they're best for wearing during the day. But I bought these for sleeping, and they left indentations on my face. I ended up just taping my doctor's original plastic eye shield more loosely to my face and that worked better, as the outer rim was soft instead of rigid, and that eye shield offered more room in front of the eye. These plastic shields are a little shallow and I felt my eyelashes against them at times.

Perfect!! My elderly parents had cataract surgery and I felt that the tape on cover they sent home was awkward and hard to manage. Also my stepmom has Alzheimer’s with bad short term memory. I was very concerned that she would forget she had the surgery and accidentally rub her eye during the day which is the main reason for purchasing. This way she can still see and protect her eye day and night. I’m very glad it came with an extra strap that you couldn’t see in the listing

This shield was definitely an improvement over the one provided after cataract surgery. The hospital’s version was almost flat and had to be taped on, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. The one we purchased has a slight curve for comfort, ventilation holes for airflow, and an adjustable strap that keeps it securely in place. Much better design!
