I bought these for my elderly dad who is losing his hearing. I figured I would try these first since they're much cheaper than hearing aids. He loves them. It's so much easier for him to hear now, and talking with him is so much easier. The noise cancellation is excellent. The battery life is long, and it charges quickly. The sound quality is crystal clear. I also appreciate that they're easy to use and set up, even for my elderly dad. They're very comfortable, and the settings are very customizable. You'll love these.

Just received and so far impressed with them.UPDATE: SO far very impressed with them. Recommended to my Brother to buy. Only issue is contacting them to verify the warranty done by QR code registered plus they offered a $20 refund or gift card which I never received. Other than that, which is annoying, I am pretty happy with them and would definitely recommend!

Volume level on hearing aid not as good as I would like it. The charging box when opening facing you, the Left hearing aid sets in right side charging socket and the right hearing aid sits in the left side charging socket, totally reversed. I use them to watch tv with Bluetooth sound, can not turn BT off on hearing aids, must turn tv BT transmitter off to use as normal hearing aid.

This wireless hearing aid is really great! It is small and invisible, has no whistling, and the sound is clear and natural, and it can easily filter out background noise. After pairing with a mobile phone, it can also be used as a wireless headset, listening to music and making voice calls without any pressure. The design is also very modern, and it doesn't look like a traditional hearing aid at all. It is definitely worth having!

I have recently lost about 20% of my hearing due to a car crash and tinnitus. I've had two hearing tests with subsequent fittings for hearing aids. I just did not want to pay $6,000+ for hearing aids. My friend who is 92 bought some $100 OTC hearing aids on Amazon, and she likes them better than her $6,000 pair. I was skeptical about the quality due to the huge price difference. But after reading that the FDA only approved OTC hearing aids in 2022 for people who could not afford high priced hearing aids, I thought I'd take a chance. I ordered three pair, and these were my favorite! They are sturdy, and big enough that I wouldn't drop and lose one. I just love them. They blend right in with my blonde hair, besides I could care less if anyone sees them. They work! I like them better than the high priced ones I was fitted for. Woo hoo!!

These are very good effective hearing aids (HAs) which will enable one with moderate hearing loss to not just hear but discern voices at a distance which one would otherwise miss entirely. They have five volume settings adjusted with the function button as shown. It is nice that they come in Caucasian flesh tone as well as the black. There are two shortcomings which may be remedied with future upgrades. One is the function button is too flush with the surface making it difficult for one’s thumb to depress and insure good switching contact. I have remedied this by sticking a thin 1mm thick slice of rubber held in place with double stick tape covered by very thin special electrical tape which holds it in place on top of the button. Now with this modification when I press the button I can easily feel the contact and beep response in my ear and the change in amplification. The other issue is that these HAs cannot be turned off while on one’s ears so if one finds oneself in a very noisy environment one will have to remove the HAs from one’s ears and place them in a safe, secure place which means one may want to carry the charging box for the most secure place to put them. The other HAs of this type (behind the ear battery with the exposed and adjustable microphone – same manufacturer) can be easily turned off with one’s ungloved finger tip with a five second light press on the sensor. I own this type of HA as well from Amazon and they both work well. Note that when in HA mode if you are in the vicinity of an active Bluetooth transmitter (BT) which is trying to connect to something these hearing aids will transfer to Bluetooth receivers like it or not. As soon as the BT is turned off the HAs revert to HA mode of operation.

I have tried hearing aids from both hearing merchants (brick and morter) stores, and online OTC products, only to be disappointed. This brand has been completely satisfactory right from the beginning. I hear things that I haven't in years. Customer Support seems to be available too. I recommend any one to try these for good results.
