The tablets are small, and of course I like that they're from lichen. However, they have a perfumed smell that's overpowering and makes ingesting them quite unpleasant. The smell itself, if diluted - and on anything other than food - might be pleasant. On a vitamin, it's a bit nasty.

Living in Sweden, especially during the dark winter months, extra vitamin D is a must. I like the extra small tablets.

Suplemento muy cómodo y práctico. La dosis de 4000 UI por comprimido es ideal si tienes déficit o poca exposición al sol.
