The lumber cushion arrived rolled up & vacuum packed. On opening initially doubted it would be suitable. However after a short while it expanded fully & I have to say I am impressed! I have lower back problems with two bulging discs. Sitting on the sofa has been almost impossible shifting every 5 minutes trying to get comfortable. This lumber support cushion fits snugly to your back. Shaped to support it provides tremendous relief. It feels quite warming which also helps. I don't know how I lived without it now !! Perfect size, lightweight & with removable cover for washing. At the back there are straps which can anchor the cushion to the chair if so desired . I actually cut mine off as i found them annoying ! I did try using in car & on dining chair but I found it uncomfortable as it pushed you forward in the seat. A sit on cushion is better for me personally. Made of memory foam it provides just the right amount of support whilst also providing soft pliable comfort. I am pleased with the quality & considering it value for money. I would reccommend x

I got this following sciatica. I needed something additional for my office chair and it really did help. At first I used it in the car and then took it to the office so I carried it around but as I improved I needed it less. That said 4 months later I still get a bit of trouble with my back so I've continued using and it remains a great lumbar support for my office chair. It's also not been bad in the hot weather as its meshy so it doesn't make you sweaty.

Where has this lumbar cushion been all my life? I’ve spent years fidgeting on the sofa, constantly adjusting and never quite comfortable. This pillow changed that immediately. It gives exactly the right level of support — firm enough to keep my back happy, soft enough to feel cosy — and I can finally sit and watch TV or read for hours without shifting around. Tip -I put it in a cotton pillow case to make it nice and cool.

Certainly eases backache, but I found the small raised "studs" on the back actually scratched my leather belts. I have now covered the back with a hairy cushion cover and protected my belts.

I suffer from spinal stenosis and bought this to help with driving. I found it to be much too soft so that it did not provide sufficient support for my lumbar, leaving me in a lot of pain after a 1 hour drive. I returned it and received a refund.

L’ho comprata per regalarla a mio padre che passa molte ore in macchina per lavoro. Nell’ultimo periodo lamentava mal di schiena legato alla postura sbagliata che assumeva alla guida. Da quando utilizza il cuscino di sostegno lombare, ha notato un notevole miglioramento nella sua sintomatologia e anche la sensazione di stancarsi molto meno per le molte ore alla guida. Un regalo più che gradito.
