Mine is the 7.5 gallon tub dementions are: Length: 24.25″ | Width: 13.5″ | Height: 8.5″ Base: Length: 19.25” Width: 10.5”

Is the Behrens label on both sides or just the one? and can they be removed at all?

Mine does not have any sticker, however I do not remember if it arrived with any. If it did, it must have been simple to remove.

Mine is wobbly and does not stand flat on the table. Is this normal or did I get a defective one?

I have 2 of these that I store firewood in. In and of themselves they both lie relatively flat and do not wobble. It may be that you have one that is warped.

Would something like this work to give a toddler (30lbs) a bath?
