Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & Suspicious Follow-up
This was my first time buying a kettle, and it turned into a complete mess. The product arrived with a broken handle right out of the box. I requested a replacement, only to receive an even worse quality product – flimsy and clearly not built to last.But the worst part? I got a call today from someone pretending to be from customer service, asking me to review the product. When I mentioned I returned it, they said they wanted to cancel the guarantee and that I’d receive a message on WhatsApp. Turns out it was an Amazon OTP for signing in — highly suspicious!This entire experience felt like a scam wrapped in poor quality. Avoid this product at all costs.
