What is the little white stone it comes with, and how to use it?

The little white stone serves two purposes: 1). Primary to create a slurry to wet stone, 2). Functions to level wet stone to create a smooth level surface for sharpening. Keep in mind this is not a oil stone but wet stone using water as lubricant while sharpening knives. The slurry firms to sharpen and polish blade such that it will become razor sharp. The 1,000 grit should be used initially to shape edge then 6,000 grit as final using that little white stone wetting larger wet stone first then going back and forth with the little white stone to create slurry first before sharpening knife blade for final polish and razor edge.
