Great started bed
We like this toddler bed, it’s saved our ribs from those little kicks. Easy to build. Gives our daughter independence of getting on and off by herself but still making sure she’s safe. Has held up really well with both her dad and I laying on it, but we put some wooden pieces under to help support our weight, definitely recommend. Great value for a starter bed. We did also have to add a barrier to keep her feet from sticking in between while she sleeps

Super cute, sturdy, we love
So cute! My daughter was obsessed with her big girl bed! Feels sturdy, includes a door but we didn’t install it. Pretty simple assembly, my husband did it in about an hour.

Great purchase. Aesthetically pleasing.
Good quality. And various aesthetically pleasing. The slats could be a little stronger but overall a wonderful purchase. I highly recommend.

Massive Headache. Majorly Delayed, Wrong Product
I ordered this bed on June 15 because it was Prime eligible. I was expecting a floor bed with a simple fence, just like the pictures showed. It was supposed to arrive by June 19 but was delayed until the 25th. I tried to cancel, but was told I couldn’t since it was “already in process,” even though the shipping company hadn’t even received it yet. I was told the only option was to refuse delivery.Because my toddler was escaping his crib, I had already dismantled it—before I was informed of the delay. So for over a week, he had to either sleep on a mattress on the floor or in bed with me, which was less than ideal. I received no shipping updates. On the 24th, it still showed as being in California. Then I suddenly got a notice that it would be delivered by 5 p.m. that day. Less than five minutes later, it was dropped on my doorstep. The driver was gone before I could refuse delivery. So there I was, stuck with a massive six-foot-long, 50-pound box on my porch. When I tried to initiate a return, I was told I’d need to take it to a shipping store. My husband convinced me to keep it since we still needed a bed, so I dragged it inside. That’s when I realized it wasn’t the floor bed with a fence I ordered. Instead, it’s a giant six-foot-tall tent-style bed with a bulky A-frame that cannot be removed. Again, I was convinced to just make it work. Assembly started off fine, but when I got to the door, the problems really started. The door doesn’t fit right. It hangs crooked no matter what I do, and the latch doesn’t even catch. The color is darker than advertised, and the slats are poorly designed with no central support. This bed is not “sturdy” in any sense of the word. I followed the instructions exactly and measured everything carefully, but there are simply not enough slats or support. Any low-profile mattress bends and sags through the huge gaps. So much for “functionality.” I had to buy plywood just to make the bed safe to use.If I could return this, I absolutely would. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. This entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Avoid this product. It is not worth the money.Pictures are what I ordered and what I got.

Best bed for toddlers! Wonderful for transition from crib to bed!!!
I bought this for my 18 mo. old grandson. He absolutely LOVES it! His favorite part is that he gets to open and close the little gate. He will often stop playing, just to go get into bed and just relax. I could not have found a better bed for him. I am truly happy with this purchase. I recommend anyone transitioning their toddler from crib to a toddler bed to buy this item. It sits on the floor so you don't have to worry about them falling out and the little gate is just adorable.

Buyer Beware with caution
I wouldn’t return this since it’s not only more of a hassle after constructing it, and transitioning toddlers will like it regardless I believe. For those considering purchasing this product, I personally recommend considering other options over this one if you can help it. Constructing it was more of an annoyance where even though there are some pre-drilled holes, there is a lack of mindfulness/intentionality. For example, they provide you some metal brackets for the parts together but the screws don’t fully go all the way you drive whether we pilot the hole or not ourselves. So buyer beware, you are REQUIRED to have your own tools like a screwdriver, power drill, and etc where you will have to be crafty with what you are working with.As I was trying to make things flush with the screws, it would clash with other components that they provide and pre-fit for you where it was apparent to me that this was all done through a factory where they haven’t done much testing for the consumer and they expect you to figure it out. This resulted in a poorer build quality that I was expecting paying over $100 dollars on a bed frame. Not only does it make it less sturdy with things not properly designed, it’s layered with the poor materials like the wood thin enough to break if your child falls on it badly. The wife and I designed the room around the bed frame in mind where we made it safer for our son.By adding light-blocking curtains, a decent mattress, and a lot of protection, we sleep better for our son’s comfort and sleep. Pay for what you get here.

Not great
Was delivered so late with no communication. The little bars, that go across to hold the mattress, were shredded and I got a few splinters. The wood is super yellow (put it next to the crib we have for reference) doesn’t match up in certain areas, and looks so cheap. Would not recommend.
