Work really well
I got these as certain excerises lend themselves better with handles.I've used them with bench pressing, shoulder presses, tricep skull crushers and deadlifts so far.Limits are one can't use the top end of bands that are heavy. And beyond. (would be good to get handles that can manage the heavier bands).I'll be using these a lot every week and they make it a lot easier to control the bands in all of the above exercises.

Great product
Really good they make use of bands so easy.Maybe some different colours, like grey, black, and so on. Different colours would allow the users to know which are their handle's.

Very pleased
They change your performance, handling bands is completely different with those, would prefer them to be more stiff, hence 4 stars, Happy with product. P.s. Getting fit for 50

Simple
Simple and convenient design. Work as they should especially when trying to get a simple workout in during the day at work. Great product, Rigid construction. Only had the band pop out once but that was used error not paying attention.

Great add to your gym equipment
I have been using a washcloth or hand towel to better get a grip on my bands. These grips easily fit over the largest bands and make flyers, lateral raises or standing presses easy.

Best resistance bands I've found
These are so pretty!!! These are the best fkr this style of resistance band! And the elasticity is perfect! So many other pull up assist style, it feels like the range of elasticity is super limited so they're not great for other resistsnce exercises. I mean I get that it should be hard but.... if you've played around with a few different kinds, you know what I mean.I also was super pleased that it came with 5 bands, one size smaller than the smallest one showed in the description. I noticed all the neon reviews included 5, but the description shows 4. Maybe we all have just been lucky or something. This super thin band is the one I actually like the most, as when doing PT to get to those tiny stabilizing muscles while injured, you just don't need a lot of resistance. Generally that stuff you are better served with super thin bands and mini loop bands, but I like variety. And I do like the larger bands for bigger muscle groups. In PT they have me using this style of band for glute and hamstring stuff, as well as some ankle stretches. I like the quality of these bands more than the ones they have.Overall I'd say they're best suited to someone looking for total body resistance work out, especially on the go or with limited space. With the loop, a lot of exercises can be done without an anchor, or using anything as a makeshift anchor. And no need for bulky handles, doesn't take up much space. If you're new to resistance bands in general and wondering... do they actually work? Yes. And these would be a good option to start with. Can you get super huge with just giant rubber bands? I have no idea. But can you get fit and defined? 100% yes, absolutely. If you are very consistent, you will see very legit results. And it's a lot harder to injure yourself. It's really easy to pick up a dumbell much heavier than you can really perform an exercise with and end up tearing something important. I know because I've done it! With resistance bands, if you can't do it, you can't do it. So in a way, it never FEELS like you're working out as hard as traditional weights. But you are, they're just limiting you to what you're really capable of in that specific exercise.

High quality materials but some of the advertised exercises can't be done without an accessory
Let's talk presentation. Wait, what? Yes, presentation. Not how you thought a review for resistance bands was going to start, did you? When you open the box you'll see a folding heart shaped bit of literature that thanks you for buying the product and explains the warranty. The font, colors and cardboard-like material make it look as though it would have come with Godiva chocolates or something. In other words, classy. There's also a foldout sheet that contains images of 37 different exercises. That's printed on heavy paper stock with some type of coating to make it more durable. Of course there's the 4 bands and 2 handles that comprise the set itself. To store it all there's a heavy duty nylon drawstring bag. For a product that only costs $27 I didn't really expect high grade materials or such an introduction.Over the years I've amassed several different kinds of resistance bands; ones that are actual bands, like these from Lecardio, and the hollow tube variety. Both have their pluses and minuses but I typically prefer the band type because they seem to offer more resistance and don't get stretched out over time. Only problem is they tended to cause hotspots on your hand so you either needed callouses like a brick mason or were willing to wear gloves. I don't work with stone for a living nor do I like gloves so I wasn't using the bands as often as I should have been.In practice the handles work well, all the bands except for the thickest (35-75 lbs) slip on and off with ease. The widest band does take a little bit of fiddling to get it perpendicular to the groove in the handle. Speaking of the groove, as you're going through the range of motion and the band starts to stretch tight the gap will close and potentially pinch your skin. Both sides of the cutout are rounded over, so there's no acute edge to dig in deep, but there are times when I have to rotate the handle so it doesn't catch my palm.Roughly half the exercises depicted in the instructions - 18 in total - appear to require an accessory not included in the kit. It's a strap that you stand on or pinch in a door frame which is required to do that specific exercise. If only a small number of the exercises required that piece I probably wouldn't have even mentioned it, but because it's such a high percentage of the total it seems Lecardio should have included that with the kit. Based upon the images some of the exercises in question can be done without the additional part however, but most of those 18 would require it.The rating of 5 stars is due to the quality of the product relative to its price. I would have given it 4.5 if that was possible because almost half the exercises require a piece not included. Knocking off a full star due to that seemed a bit harsh though.

Awesome Bands
I'm currently working out at home and one of the things I am doing is working with resistance bands. I have heavy duty resistance band wall anchors starting at 3 inches from the floor and all the way up the wall to 7 feet. I have been using the standard tubular rubber resistance bands and bands that are completely covered in protective sleeves. I kept seeing these kind of bands and decided to get some and try them out. The thicker bands are strong! The thinnest one I'm afraid it may break but I may try to use it stacked with the next thinnest band in the handles. I doubt that the thinnest one will get a lot of use due to how thin it is. This set comes with 4 bands ranging from 5-75 pounds, 2 sturdy handles, a travel bag, and an instruction/exercise guide which is nice because I'm new to using resistance bands and I am trying to teach myself how to do different types of exercises. The possibilities are endless on what you can do. There is a QR code on the manual guide if you scan it will take you to videos on how to use the bands properly. I have not done that yet but plan to check it out. The description says they have a scent of lemon but I don't smell it, nor do they have an overwhelming scent of rubber. I pulled on them and don't see the rubber turning white when you stretch them out. The only thing I'd like to see is that the bands be marked with how many pounds each band is. I'm not going to remember so I will have to write it down and keep it close by for reference. I do feel like I've worked out after using these bands. Overall, I feel like this is a very good set and I really like them. I ordered more sets in different colors as these will get a lot of use from me and other household members. I like to have extras as back up in case they get stretched out or break. I'm pleased!
