This is my new favorite hot sauce. After Sriracha had sourcing troubles we had to try several brands to find a suitable replacement and this is the best! It's spicy, garlicky and truly delicious!

I'm a fan of flavorful hot sauces and this is one of them. Medium heat level, beautiful flavor, tastes great on everyhting your heart desires to cover in hot sauce! Repeat buyer.

Best sauce kind of sweet

I wanted to try something a little different, after my recent affair with sriracha came to a close. I'm a fan of spicy, ferment-y things and figured I'd give this a go. This definitely has that nice garlicky, fermented note that a lot of sriracha lacks, giving it a bit more depth. The consistency is also thicker, more similar to ketchup than a paste - not thin enough to run, but not thick enough where it resists mixing with liquids. Fantastic on shrimp, stir fried noodles, or even on a bagel with some cream cheese. To me, this is perhaps slightly spicier than sriracha, but I'd still rate it as mild. YMMV. Minus one star for the price - I'll have to check a local market for a deal.

Bought this sauce to use since my regular Korean sauce is getting hard to find even on Amazon. There's a two year expiration date on the product and one year has passed since the manufacture date but with a year left that's not a problem. This sauce is a little sweeter than the Korean brand I was using but still a good flavor. Heat level has a little kick but not over bearing. Will buy again.
